> 24 hourPicks up all the pet hair and mops. The battery lasts 3x longer than my last robovac and does a far superior job. My last vac was the most well known. One down side the app for it is junk

> 24 hourUpdated: Tikom sent me a new vacuum and it works much better than the original. Still gets caught up by furniture regularly, but does a decent job in wide open rooms. Enjoy the added mop function with this vacuum, Initial review: Waste of time and money. Stops every minute or two stating the front bumper is stuck, even in the middle of the wood floor. Not smart enough to not go down the stairs. Misses a lot of dirt. Edited: I’ve been told it was a defective device. Company agreed to send a new one and if improved the review will be updated. Thus far, great customer service.

> 24 hourIf replacement parts were easy to purchase this thing would be 5 stars. Long battery life and easy to take apart and clean. For the price you aren’t going to find a better robot vacuum.

> 24 hourPros & Cons at bottom of post I am surprised that this robot vacuum found dirt to pick up after I used my normal push vacuum. It decided it was time to head back to the base at 16% battery. I was VERY impressed with how much it picked up on a light traffic floor of the house with 1 cat. While it will go over coax cable, make sure to pick up any unsecured cables on the floor. It managed to untangle itself several times due to my laziness and curiosity of how it would handle different obstacles. Also, a 2 meter long CVS receipt *almost* managed to clog it. However, the little vacuum kept going. Receipt trailing behind. The app is simple and easy to use. I use the carpet boost option, as it will be going from tile to carpet. My personal opinion, max suction is a waste of battery for hard floors; yet great for my low & medium length carpets. I fully charged the vacuum before use (as the instructions state to do). It took around 4.5 hours for a full charge from 16% battery. Pros: Great suction, works on pet hair, good run time, determined when stuck & can untangle itself, app works well, notifications on my phone, vacuums efficiently by mapping the floor, doesnt fall down stairs, respects (magnetic strip) boundaries, no issues going from carpet to tile to an area rug, easy empty dust bin, includes a brush/hair cutting tool built in, and not too loud. Cons: Will wedge itself under some 3 spaces (sofa, table, chair) and become stuck (but easily fixed with a magnetic boundary), the cat doesnt ride on it like Ive seen in those adorable videos, the app has a location access nag screen (but the app can still be used without enabling location)

> 24 hourI did extensive research on which brand to get and I settled on this one after reading reviews and product details. I love that it has excellent suction and the battery lasts a very long time. I like that I can press a button on the robot to start automatic cleaning but I can also use the remote or the app on my phone. The magnetic strip to delineate areas to avoid is also a game changer. I had a couple of questions and reached out to support and they got back to me quickly and were super helpful. Ive yet to use the mopping feature but I use the vacuuming multiple times a week and every time I get to happy I finally got this. I also love how it has led to a cleaner house since it gets under pieces of furniture (bed, couch, tables) that I could never clean manually without it being a huge hassle. In short, this robot is excellent and I highly recommend.

> 24 hourUPDATE 12-1-22 - Still working great and did purchase a second one for my basement area that is working great as well. Bought this one to replace my Shark ion 725 that had recently broke. I was not a huge fan of the Shark Ion since it was purchased so i knew i wanted to look for another manufacturer and came across this Tikom. The suction power and reviews made it stand out to make my short list. I have been very glad so far. Super easy directions to follow and setup. Same with the App i installed on my iphone. So far i have ran this a handful of times and it does not have the issues my previous Shark ion did. For example old Shark would push small mats in front of sink, for example until it is pinned they would go on top and vacuum so you also have to put mats back after running. That has not happened once with the Tikom. It goes right on top of the mat without moving it. Pros - Love the App, great suction, doesnt seem to get hung up at places my old one would Cons - I have not ran this on carpet so I have no feedback. I bought this strictly for the Kitchen Hardwood area Conclusion is I would buy again and may buy another one for my basement.

> 24 hourI love this vacuum. Still figuring it out but it picks up well! Mopping even works on my wood floor even though it doesn’t pick up real dirty spots but it gets the layer of dust and pet hair off. I’m enjoying using it. No more back pain!

> 24 hourI confirm that Tikom is the best robotic vacuum cleaner and I am glad that I did not make a mistake when I bought it. He finds garbage even in a clean room, perfectly cleans the house and washes it. Before that, we had a Robot for 2 years, it did not work badly, but this Tikon is my favorite and assistant. I love quality things, not cheap ones, I enjoy interacting with them. I advise everyone to buy only Tikom, this is the best vacuum cleaner and you will be very pleased with it.
