> 24 hourOnce I heard there were robot vacuums that mopped, I started looking. We have had a Roomba that doesnt mop for about 6 years. I bought the Tikom G8000 based on all the features compaired to the price. I’ve been using it for about a week now. In compairing the 2 machines, my Roomba was expensive like 800 dollars. The G8000 only 230. Roomba drives faster but driving faster doesnt get the job done faster and is more of a problem. The Roomba bangs into things hard. Harder than I or anyone would like. You can even see in the picture along the base of the black one all the scrapes from the moulding, chairs and doors. It is not gentle all. Roomba also has no pattern. To me, it makes no sense how it moves and it ends up going over the same places a bunch of times so it takes much longer. Roomba also seems to want to drive where it can get into trouble. Its weird, it really seems like it wants to get stuck or get caught up on things. I’m constantly yelling “ROOMBA! Don’t be an idiot!”. Roomba is LOUD. Another thing, it only has one brush that seems to mostly throw things around the room. Ok so remember this while I tell you about The Tikom. The very first thing you notice is its sleek look that is a tad bit smaller and lower than Roomba AND how extremely quiet it is! WOW we can watch TV or talk and relax in the same room with it now! It moves about 30% slower than Roomba but I tell ya, it gets the same job done in half the time. It has a pattern. A smart pattern and it has 2 brushes that are positioned so one brush feeds the other and sends the mess right into the vacuum to be sucked up. It gets everything. We have parrots. Small ones, but 3 of them. The seeds and other bird food that gets dropped on the floor is non stop. The fluff from the bottom of the cages and small feathers are always pushed out onto the floor. Tikom gets it all on one pass. Tikom is also SO MUCH GENTLER on everything even the dog just sat there because G8000 slowed down upon approaching him and touched him so softly then turned away. YAY no more banged up furniture or chipped paint! It’s also much easier to empty the trash compartment. Then there is the mop feature. Being that Tikom has its even movement pattern, it mops the whole kitchen without missing anything. It cleans so evenly on both tile and hardwood floors too. All in all I am very happy. Low price, quiet, careful, efficient and smart about how it moves. I doubt I will ever be frustrated with it or have to yell at it and it seems it’s built so well it will last many years. Its great when you can buy something and it is as good as it says it is.

> 24 hourThis little guy has been a blessing! We have two pets and it’s exhausting keeping up with all the cleaning in a 3 story house. We run the robot during the week and it makes deep cleaning a lot easier on the weekend. We haven’t had any technical issues the past few months either. You can even schedule the vacuum to clean automatically

> 24 hourI have been searching, and I mean searching for the perfect vacuum since I moved out on my own and got a puppy. Spending hours researching, reading reviews and price comparing I finally found the Tikom. I was thrilled to find out that not only did it vacuum by itself but also mop this would be perfect for me and the price was unmatched. It was delivered quickly, came neatly packaged and in great condition. I hooked it up to charge and started reading the instructions but was so sad to see that this may be more of a hassle than a help in my day-to-day life. There is a section that says all the things that can not be on the floor when the Tikom is in motion, and dog toys (understandable) and barstools were both on that list. Unfortunately, I live in a smaller place so these take up most of the floor space. It seemed like I would have to spend just the same amount of time moving items around as it would sweep my place. When I move to a bigger home I will definitely repurchase and actually test out its power!

> 24 hourWe actually have an iRobot Roomba i8 for our house, but my wife wanted another robot vacuum cleaner that could mop. After doing her research, she decided to buy the Tikom G8000. She absolutely loves it. It checks off all the boxes on her list, plus its so much quieter than our iRobot. We have a toddler, so we can only have the iRobot on when the baby is awake. With the G8000, it doesnt matter when we turn it on. Sometimes its so quiet, were not even sure its working. Then we see it gliding across the floor. Also, my wife mistakenly tossed out some spare dust plates for the dust bin thinking it was scraps. We reached out to their customer service unit and they were extremely responsive and understanding. They took care of situation right away. Im telling you, for the price, you cant go wrong. The only reason why I gave them 5 stars is because I couldnt give them 6 stars. You know the old saying happy wife happy life!!!

> 24 hourIm in love. Its me, my boyfriend, and my dog in a pretty small studio apartment. Dirt builds up fast in that small of a space. I couldn’t keep up with the sweeping, not to mention i hated it, and we really couldn’t be sockless around the house because dirt would stick to our feet no matter how recently i cleaned. Enter this vacuum. For a budget option, its amazing. Im sure a more expensive one with more features would be nicer, but this one does the job pretty well. I haven’t connected to the app, but i really havent needed to. I run the vacuum once a day and mop every other day. It bounces around my entire apartment 3-4 times, declares itself done, and goes back to the charging pad. My floors are nice and clean, and it even gets under the furniture where I always ignored. Its not super quiet, but its not any louder than a dishwasher or a dryer or something. It does get stuck on rugs, so i pick up my small ones and shake them out before letting it run. The vacuum does push stuff around a bit. My dogs beds get shoved around for a while till it hits a more concrete barrier, and toys on the floor get pushed around (i do pick them up but my dog pulls them out again right away) sometimes it runs into things a bit hard, but usually it just gently bumps off and goes another way. I love that it vacuums and mops. It does take a little bit of maintenance, emptying the dirt and filling/emptying the water, but it comes with a cute little tool to brush the dirt out of the inside and to cut hairs wrapped around the roller. There weren’t any instructions on how to clean it so i had to poke at it a bit to realizing the top opens up for access to the dirt catcher. It does come with multiple mop pads so that you can wash one while you use the other.

> 24 hourI initially paid way more money for the Irobot and it turned out to be very loud and had too many complications. This however was far superior and way cheaper! I was surprised at how smart it is, actually learning the layout of the house by using linear movements rather than picking a random direction and hoping for the best. The mop feature is simple but great for my laminate floors. Before starting up the robot I did a good sweep and vacuum of the entire floor then I let the robot do its thing, I couldnt believe at the amount of dirt and cat hair this thing picked up in under an hour. Overall a great purchase and I say anyone should choose this brand over the upcharged competition.

> 24 hourI’ve been using this vacuum for 3 months and I’m overall happy with how well it works. Pros: Suction is good and has multiple levels. Mop works and has multiple levels. Mapping seems to work well and i haven’t had an issue with it missing spots (even though it doesn’t look like it is following any sort of plan). Easy to remove hair from brush. Works on my low pile area rug, no issues going from wood floor to carpet. Cons: It does seem to get stuck on a lot more then my iRobot did. I believe it’s because it’s a bit smaller so it can fit under counters and then gets stuck. And it really tries to shove itself in places it doesn’t fit. Because it’s gets stuck fairly often I usually don’t run it when I’m not home. Battery life could be better. It’s not terrible. I wish the mop mode had some sort of carpet sensor, I have to block off the rug when mopping. Overall I would buy this again and I’m happy with the purchase.

> 24 hourThe robot vacuum and mop did a wonderful job cleaning our floors. Havent tried the mop yet but expect excellent results as well. Havent tried the remote as the automatic setting worked really well. Most importantly, it saves both my daughter and myself back pain. It is cheaper than hiring someone to come in and clean.
