Roxio Easy CD & DVD Burning 2 | Disc Burner & Video Capture [PC Disc]

At first I couldn’t get this product to install on my windows 11 Laptop. Sent a message to tech support and really, I don’t know what happened because they sent a email back saying they were waiting for a response from me. Nevertheless, I accidentally uninstalled my Vipre antivirus program and the Roxie installed on my computer with no issues. It not the fastest program for copying music. But it works.

Product is my favorite for rip and burning of music from CDs, and easy creation of backup CDs of data and new song mixes. A pleasure to use as it is highly reliable.

There was a bit of a learning curve for me. Technology has past me by. When I got my first computer there was no internet. Once i got this software working it is fantastic. The one thing I would like to see with this software is the ability to have more than just four movies made at a time.

I ordered this product to burn DVDs that will play on a DVD player. The videos I recorded on my phone played fine on my computer - both video and audio. When I burn DVDs, the video works great, but theres no sound. I contacted the manufacturer, but they were not helpful. The support staff did not understand English well and never provided any helpful assistance. The product did not meet my needs.

First disk would not load, I had to reorder another disk. The next disk seemed to load OK.

I purchases two copies of easy CD & DVD burning 2 from Amazon and both serial numbers on the disk envelopes produce an invalid error. I tried both remedies from the Roxio FAQ in their support site, including the latest Burning 2 installation download as well as turning off all my security features and accepting all cookies, but I still get the invalid errors. Their chat system would not work. I tried calling the telephone support, but could not get through until my fourth attempt. The Rep spoke very difficult to understand English while trying to tell me to use the same remedies I had already tried. The Rep then disconnected the phone call without providing any understandable help. I have used this software before on other home use computers and own other Corel and Pinnacle software with satisfactory installations and performance. I have no idea if their new version of this inexpensive and basic Roxio software performs as well as my older versions for what I needed because it would not install. This was poor customer support and is not worth the hassle. I am sending them back to Amazon for a Prime refund. I won’t be buying any further Corel, Roxio or Pinnacle products currently owned by Corel after this experience.

First one very easy to use. Ve user friendly. This one hard for me to use. But that could just be me.

I wanted to back up some movies. It burns DVDs and CDs fine but will nit copy protected movies. I thought I had read the fine print and believed it would. Had to buy ripper software to get copies so this could then burn them.
