Roxio Easy CD & DVD Burning 2 | Disc Burner & Video Capture [PC Disc]

Bought this to burn some old home movies onto a blu ray disk since they were too large to fit onto a DL dvd. Even paid and installed the additional blu ray burning plug in they said i needed. NO go. Burns blu ray data just fine, but will not burn movies to a blu ray. rip off and very misleading package. States it burns blu ray but I guess they should say only for data backup. does not author bluray to play in dvd players.

Works ok does not have options to make DVD from MP4

I bought this for one reason only: to burn MP4 slide shows that I created to make a DVD. After weeks of trying, I still cant do it. After weeks of waiting to get help from Corel/Roxio technical support, all of their fixes didnt work. Every time I burn a DVD the video comes out fine but the sound is distorted so badly that you cant make out anything. The sound is good at the start but deteriorates as the DVD plays until after about 20 minutes in, nothing can be understood. Worse yet, when I requested a refund from Roxio, they inform me that they have a 30 day policy. FYI, I am using the latest version of Windows 10. I just totally lost the money I spent on this. I dont recommend anyone purchase this, but if you do at least test it immediately, because it will take 2 weeks or more for tech service to give you any advice if it doesnt work for you. Then you can keep it within the Roxio 30 day refund policy.

NUMEROUS EMAILS, NOT ONE ADDRESSED THE FACT THAT I CANNOT GET LABELS TO PRINT. WENT TO ONLINE CHAT - THEY TRANSF TO ME TO JUST ASK WHICH REQUIRES $5.00 DEPOSIT TO SUPPORT A PRODUCT I ALREADY PAID FOR. THINKING BBB, CLASS ACTION SUITE, BAIT & SWITCH. DONT BUT THIS!!!!!!!!!!!

Ive used Roxio for years! My new laptop didint come with a CD/DVD burner and I make copies of my music to take into Veterans Homes and Senior Facilities. CD/DVDs nay be considered old school and many forget that there are still older folk who use it. So I purchased this product because Ive used it for years. Knew Id like it. Easy to install. Easy for novices to use. Very satisfied.

Needed to easily duplicate some of my cd and dvds. The first package arrived open. I installed , but when I tried to complete the installation, it said the disc was already registered and wouldn’t let me complete install. Somebody had bought it, installed it, then returned it to Amazon. They got it for free. Amazon apparently just put the open box back into rotation and I got it. Useless. Had to reorder, then return the other one with a note that told them what happened and don’t sell this again ! It wont work ! Once the second one was installed, the program worked great. Drag the file over to the drive icon and burn it. Just that simple.

Installed on windows 7 and it works fine.

Having gotten a new Windows 10 computer, I decided to also upgrade to this version of Roxio, which I purchased at Best Buy. When trying to burn a large set of songs, in the MP3 format, I was prompted to insert a dual layer DVD, not a CD. I could not burn my playlist, and worse, I could get no help from Roxio support. Thinking that maybe the Roxio disk was flawed, I removed the program from my computer, and downloaded one from Amazon. Same result. When I decided to make a much smaller playlist and record it in the normal CD format. the program recorded the song out of the sequence I wanted. I used Roxio on my two older computers with no issue. This is just a huge disappointment. I dont know who to turn to for help, because no one from Roxio has stepped up to help me or offer any help.
