> 24 hourUnboxing this sink was a treat, it was like an Apple unboxing. :) The box is huge and marked on the putside, but then there is an inside box that is well padded and the sink is then inside a black fabric bag. Installation was a cinch as we were replacing an old two basin 8 deep sink. I did have to saw out the corners as they were curved and not squared. Sink clips were actually not a problem of three of the sides, but the rear clips didnt make great contact for me. I am going to try and get something together to help them clamp down properly. Also, only 2 clips per side, but I feel that the rear (where the faucet goes) could use a couple more to prevent flexing from tall faucets/sprayers. I specifically looked for 16ga sinks to try and alleviate this flexing, but since our faucet is 28 at the peak it still can flex when trying to spray out the far corners. Drain, strainer, and plug are included and look very nice and thought out. We have a disposal so we arent using it. Three of the 4 holes came with plugs that match the sink. Yes, it is expensive compared to some other single basin sinks, but the heavy gauge, clean construction, and attention to detail are hard to beat.

> 24 hourOkay this sink is beautiful and I love the size as well. I almost have it 5 stars but I have to deduct 1 because its not perfect. The only issue I have is that I was leaving the grate that it comes with on the bottom until I picked it up to clean under it as saw small rust spot from where water was sitting under the little black rubber feet. The spots rubbed right out but I dont know of they would if you left the grate there all the time. Of course the day after I took the grate out I washed a large pan in the sink and scratch the bottom of the sink. There may just not be a better design that exists and any grate would make small rust spots but Ive never had another sink with grate so I dont know about that.

> 24 hourJust installed this sink. Looks fantastic. Real high quality material. No loud water sound. I did have a professional install it so I cant speak to that part of it. I cant believe how much I like this sink. It looks waaaay bigger than my double basin sink but its the same size. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the slant at the bottom. The other reviews are right. The cut of the bottom is not angled enough for food particles to flow easily to the drain. Rice, pasta, etc needs a removable spray nozzle to push the food to the drain. Like watering down your driveway of debri. Other than that, I love my new sink.

> 24 hourIncredibly study and good-looking sink, an excellent value. However must knock a star off for the reason most people are complaining - the back mounting clips. They clips are designed to rest against the sink as they tighten, however this doesn’t happen in the back, where there is more space due to the faucet. I had to put small metal blocks between the faucet and the mounting screw to make the sink sit tightly against the countertop, otherwise there was a gap and wobbling when using the faucet. When contacting Ruvati, they said placing wood to rear against the screws was one solution, however I feel that there should not be any DIY aspect during sink installation. I consider this a flaw in design. Silicon adhesive by itself was not enough to have the sink sit flat against the countertop. Only other problem is food and water will not drain from all parts of the sink, but not sure other sinks like this are any better. Overall, happy but they should really consider a better mounting clip

> 24 hourWhen I received the sink it was heavier than I had expected. The packaging was very elegant for a sink. made me feel fancy (lol). The look and feel of this sink scream quality. My only problem is that I hadnt looked at the measurements of the outside dimensions close enough. I got it into the pre-cut hole in my counter top and sadly it didnt fit. it was a 33in sink but the rim wasnt big enough. This was very frustrating as i had just sent back two kohler sinks that had arrived with broken under mount tracks. But it was all my fault. Luckily they gave me a refund. And then I had to go buy a crappy american standard one from lowes which is inferior quality. Next sink I buy will definitely be a ruvati! they make a great quality product! I had done a ton of research before buying this one due to my bad experience with the kohler. This is definitely the best quality of this style of sink for your money.

> 24 hourI purchased this sink July 5, 2015 after researching many months for just the right sink to suit our requirements. I wanted to be sure we had put it to the test of time before writing a review, and so we did! I am an organic, fully from scratch cook for a large family. I use every imaginable size of pot and pan, from small to huge cast iron and stainless steel. I have many salad spinners, colanders, mandarin slicers, sets of expensive knives, and dozens of bowls, flatware sets and serving trays, not to mention all of the dishes - oodles of them. The size of this sink accommodates them all as needed around here, sometimes with several in at the same time. This sink comes packaged as finely and elegantly as the sink itself, so the sink is well protected upon arrival. After almost two years of using this sink as a maniac cook who does nothing in a delicate way, I can attest to the fact that this sink can take a lot of beating with not a hint of marring or discoloration to it. After I clean it every night, it looks as good and new as the day we received it. It is a very heavy sink; it took two of us to lift it into the pre-existing countertop hole that accommodated the previous old sink, which was standard size: about one inch deeper than this sink. However, we got creative with the countertop to close that one inch gap left at the back wall. No one will ever be the wiser unless they crawl deep into the sink cabinet with a flashlight, turn upside down on their back and examine the countertop patch at the wall. Our guests are usually not inclined to do so. The stainless steel of this sink is very thick and cleans beautifully. The manufacturing seams are flawless. The bottom is flat, which was one of our requirements, so as to allow more stuff to sit flat. No space is wasted for setting things flat in this sink. It has no curves or pitches. We love that. We hated that our old sinks sides were curved and it was pitched towards the drain, which wasted a lot of the usable space. When we read reviews of this sink while doing our research pre-purchase, we noticed that some had complained about the flat bottom without curves and pitches. They commented that without those curves and pitches, the sink did not drain automatically, nor does all the debris slide down the drain automatically. That seemed like a trite and silly complaint to us. After all, to properly clean a sink and rid it of all debris, one does not just allow whatever is visible on its bottom to slide down the drain. There is much left behind that is not visible to the naked eye, and therefore the sink must be scrubbed out properly with cleaner to be sanitized. So, no matter if the sink has a 45 degree pitch, it still needs to be scrubbed out. I should teach a class on sanitation and hygiene to those complainers. If they are not regularly scrubbing out the sink with sanitizing cleaner, they do not have a clean sink! There is no sound, vibration or movement what-so-ever with this sink. It is totally solid and quiet as can be. The bottom rack is heavy duty and most sturdy. Our large cast iron Dutch Ovens full of liquid do not bend it in any way, even with the pressure of scrubbing them. The rack saves the bottom of the sink from any scratching or marring. Great addition! Even the rack is still in perfect condition after almost two years of heavy duty use and cleaning. This was one of our most excellent purchases of the whole house remodel. Amazons price was a great deal. This sink could last several lifetimes, so we are considering it a family heirloom.

> 24 hourWe had a flood in our kitchen in January. We had to replace almost everything! I purchased this sink because the description said it was exactly what I wanted! I like a huge sink that can contain all the water mess that we make while cleaning up. This sink is perfect in so many ways! If I could have an affair with an inanimate object, it would be this sink! I highly recommend this sink or any other sink by Ruvati! When we were having the sink installed by a so-called professional the person who arrived to install it led me to believe he had installed the clips that hold it in but he had not. After I paid him and he left, we figured out by trying to use the sink that it was NOT CLIPPED in! The plumbers boss would not do the right thing so I called the manufacturer to find out where I could get more clips, and Ruvati sent me replacement clips at no charge because of the trouble! Ruvati is the kind of company that makes me feel good about making a purchase with them. I highly recommend their products and will purchase their products again.

> 24 hourLove the quality of this sink. Made of thick gauge stainless and comes fully accessorized with drainage catch, plug, and grate. Very easy to install as a drop in sink with easy to use clams that accommodate thick counters. One minor thing is that it has very tight corners which makes it a little harder to clean - not a big deal but I notice other sinks of similar style have more rounded corners which does help with the cleaning. All in, very happy with this sink.

> 24 hourIts a beautiful sink..very spacious..seems to be a very nice quality..litteraly the only bad thing I have to say about this sink..is that it scratches or dents beyond easily..a soft nylon brush will scratch it. Microfiber towels for cleaning is a must..had a tiny crumb of something get on the microfiber towels as I was cleaning and put severe noticeable scratches in it. Was so disappointed..its hard to believe something so sturdy can be so fragile.have never seen a sink scratch so easy..so if your not worried abou easy cosmetic damage, buy it.its a very nice sink. If I would have known how easy it can be scratched or damaged..I would have never purchased

> 24 hourI got this puppy installed yesterday (Sat 3/10/2018) and I have to say it is a beast! I purchased the 33x22 inch model unit and I am very happy I did. This is a great sink but there is some room for improvement. I dont like the way the provided retaining clips angle into the sink as you tighten them down. In my case the sink fit the hole from my previous sink perfectly but very tightly. It mounted completely flush on either side so there was no possibility of side-to-side movement ergo I left out those clips. I managed to anchor 2 clips in front and back of the sink and I think that would do nicely to keep it stable. A bit of advice to those who purchase this sink....dont try to fill it up with water. This is a large volume sink and unless you have granite counter tops or some other very hard surface the weight of water in this fully filled sink would crash through the hole mount and damage the plumbing in the sink cabinet. My kitchen is a lower end model with particle board and laminate counter tops. I dont think mine would be strong enough to support the weight of this sink fully filled with water. It is not really a problem I think because most people would just use it to wash and rinse stuff with the water running and the drain open. I have a dish washer for doing dishes this baby was purchased mostly for my over sized cast iron enameled cookware and my large stainless steel pots. I gave it 4 stars because of the retaining clips issue but dont let that deter you from buying this baby if you really want it. It is a solid design and they send it very well packaged a secured. Its very unlikely to get damaged in transit.
