> 3 dayWhile I was VERY skeptical that a 27 gaming monitor did NOT come in a flat model, I was delighted to see that the curve was not as exaggerated as what Id pictured in my mind - typically you dont want to see curved models in under 30 models (I tried to select flat on the options and crossed my fingers it might come flat, but no). However, this turned out a great choice, my son loves it with his PS5 accompanied with some SEPERATE led back lights I got him, since he likes playing in the dark, and I dont like the strain on his eyes. So far, so good.

Greater than one weekFirstly, I am a casual gamer (less than 10 hours a week) and use my pc for various tasks besides gaming. Overall I am very pleased with this monitor. I was looking for an ultrawide to better take advantage of multitasking and this has been great for my productivity. The 1000R curve is impressive and sets this monitor apart from other curved ultrawides. The curve is a bit overwhelming at first and can distort documents, however, once you get used to it, it is very nice. Panel quality is as expected for the price, overall I am pleased. Dont expect the most color accurate, brightest, or premium panel here. Some calibration will be needed as expected out of the box. Brightness is fine and the monior can be used in a moderately bright room. There were no defects with the monitor I received. The biggest downside is the cheap stand. It is serviceable, however, there is no adjustment available and is quite wobbly. Use of a Vesa mount is advised. The biggest problem I have is not with the monitor itself, but with the particular items sent to me. I ordered two of these (for myself and my wife) however, one of the monitors was incorrect (a Gigabyte brand ultrawide). Overall, for the price paid, I am satisfied with my purchase.

> 3 daySe siente claramente la mejoría jugando a120fps en la x series pero no deje de sentir que se realizó más sacrificio de gráficos en 4K de la tv de lo que mejoró en rendimiento con el monitor. Aun así creo que vale la pena

> 3 dayI replaced my G5 Odyssey 49 mini wide screen, with first just the 49 gaming screen (sent back) and now with this. The difference in the picture quality and other features is why I cannot give 5 stars. This is good, not great. No real color definition, but something I have gotten used to by using Samsung monitors. 163hrz is nice but not like the 240. The price difference is clearly why the two are different. So, for the price of this 34 wide screen, it is good.

> 3 dayWe bought a new house and I decided to upgrade my office with some new monitors unfortunately it took us a few months to get in the house so I didnt get to my new monitors immediately. The boxes that they came in, I bought 2, were in good shape no damage and one of the two monitors is as it is intended and is of really good quality, unfortunately I didnt unbox these immediately and I left them in their box and today when I open them and plug them in one is of great quality the other is broken and has half of the screen blanked out so in your due diligence when you order something from these people make sure that you open it immediately and make sure that the product is not broken cause I am out $379 because its past my window of return. But other than the broken monitor the other monitor that I got works great. Just wish I had two of them it would have been really cool.

> 3 dayI didnt know the curved screen would make such a difference. My Grandsons did an awesome job packing our all the components to their gaimg system.

> 3 dayThis monitor, the G5, is a huge upgrade from my old ASUS VS228. The 144hz is smooth and makes games feel much more responsive (when I can run them that well). The FreeSync works with GSync on my GTX 1660 Super, and makes everything feel even smoother. It gets plenty bright, and the configuration menus are very easy to navigate with the fairly intuitive power button/navigation stick. I was definitely confused from the reviews here before. The G7 reviews are also available on this page, which is not often made clear. There is no LED on the back of the G5, just the small light by the power button to indicate on/off working modes. The HDR is honestly lackluster. It does provide a slightly higher dynamic range and makes available things like HDR-compatible YouTube videos, but it washes out lots of the colors. Everything will generally look better if you just keep HDR off in Windows settings. The reviews I’ve seen here seem to indicate that the HDR on the G7 is much nicer, so I’ll be considering upgrading to that when I can. Overall, this is a great choice for people looking for 1440p or 144hz gaming/content. This monitor does of course have flaws, and it can be frustrating to find out what those are through the disorganized reviews here. Hopefully you see this review and it sheds some more light on this product!

> 3 dayWhere do I start? I guess Ill do bullet points. - (Be sure to use a fast enough cable to support the high refresh rate and resolution, I recommend DisplayPort 1.4 or higher or equivalent.) - The 1000R curve looks really nice, this is my first curved monitor and from what I read online this monitor has a really aggressive curve so I didnt know if I would like it, but I totally do. - The resolution is good, 3440x1440 is perfect for this size monitor everything looks crisp. - 165hz is just right for my needs, I have a 4080 and when I play Warzone my framerate hovers around 120-160fps when Im using high settings so I dont think Ill be needing a higher hertz monitor. - The monitor control knob at the bottom works well and is a lot better than having several buttons. - So far I havent noticed any dead pixels. - I went from a 3 monitor setup to this 1 monitor ultrawide so my desk would look cleaner. I was afraid I would lose multitasking advantages, but you can still enjoy multitasking by snapping windows to the left and right of the monitor and its big enough to comfortably do so. - I saw a few people complain over the build quality on how its plastic, but I have NO complains over how it feels. I also think plastic was the way to go in order to save weight as I do have it on a monitor arm. (I recommend the ErGear Single Monitor Mount Stand 13-39 Inches Gaming Monitor Arm its the one Im currently using and its great.) Im sure there are drawbacks to this monitor, however to my untrained eye the experience is great, also the price doesnt break the bank.

> 3 dayI absolutely love this monitor. I use it for both home & work. My employer gave me 2 clunky screens that I now use as accessory screens instead. The 34 inch Samsung is wide enough where I can split my documents in 2 down the center and see everything side by side vs. having 2 separate screens that I have to constantly toggle documents back and forth from. It has both a HDMI & display port input that makes it easy to switch between my work laptop & home laptop.
