Given that QLC drives are less reliable, I did not expect to start losing files this soon. 4 files lost to CRC errors. TRIM is active and the drive is 75% full so it is not due to over capacity. Fortunately this drive is used for backups so I have access to the primary source of the file on a TLC drive. No more QLC drives for me and certainly not the upcoming 5-bit per cell drives.

The drive was delivered overnight to the business I had install it. Normally, i would have installed it, but after watching the procedure of an install on uTube in a Macmini, I decided to have a local Apple authorized dealer install it and the latest OSX.

Super easy installation into my PS4 Pro due to my hdd being corrupted I started from scratch with this SSD and immediately noticed my PS4 doesnt fall on its face anymore when trying to load! Phenomenal performance for the price point and I cant recommend this enough to someone with a PS4, it completely changes how it acts!

In one of my old Windows dinosaur rigs (built in 2012 for W8 Pro, upgraded to W10 Pro), I had been using a Vertex 4 256GB SSD for the OS and the more important programs. As Windows users all know and dont love, it has an ever increasing hunger for more space more space MORE SPACE, and I had to keep removing programs from the drive just to accommodate the OSs ever expanding waistline (bloat), so I finally had to buy a larger drive just to run the same programs I wanted to host on an SSD instead of platter drives.

Laptop was at 100% disc usage 90% of the time. Tried everything with no luck. Ordered this ssd used samsung clone software (be sure to turn off laptop drive encription first) if on worked no issues so far. Fixed the drive issue responds like a whole different laptop now. Well worth the upgrade for the price.

los ssds samsung son muy buenos, bueno con unos precios algo elevados, pero de buenos materiales en la contruccion, incluso el aluminio se siente de mejor calidad que el antiguo ssd; mmh en cuanto a la velocidad es la esperada de un ssd sata, de hecho se siente que el crucial mx500 es un poco mas rapido, mas sin encambio en cuanto a temperaturas y desempeño en el dia a dia, este se siente mas robusto, independientemente si se encuentra en descuento u oferta es una buena opcion.
