> 3 dayI just put the drive in the empty bay I had in my computer, hooked up the power and the SATA cable (not included) and turned on my computer and it was there. I used the recommended software from Samsung. I cloned 545 GB in about one hour. It automatically shut my computer off when it was done. I swapped the cables on the mother board and turned my computer back.. and it booted right up. The only issue I had was that my old drive that expected to now be a different drive # but it wasnt there. I could see it was showing in hardware but not showing on This PC. I had to go into Disk Management were I saw a red exclamation point by my old drive that said that it wasnt being used because it had the same designation as another drive. Right clicking on the drive gave me the option to activate the drive and when I did it automatically gave it the the designation of D:. Ive resterted my computer a couple times and it now shows up with out me having to do anything.
