No dislike for this product. I used it to install Windows 10 on mt laptop.

I replaced the OEM 5400RPM drive off my Asus N550JV-DB72T laptop with this Samsung 1TB drive. First, the cloning of my drive was a breeze in a about 30 minutes total. Then when I booted my laptop, I could not believe the speed difference. Just incredible how fast it is. I did notice that some settings seemed to have slightly changed back (nothing I couldnt fix quickly) such as the size of fonts and color on my MS Outlook Desktop software. Everything I click now on my laptop loads almost immediately. Go for it! You will be Wowed!

Windows doesn’t recognize it and you can’t get a real person through Samsung for help

I replaced the 500GB HDD in my Xbox one X with super fast SSD. Wow. What an upgrade. Load times are cut in half- installing game updates- amazingly fast- this a must do upgrade for anyone with a Hard Drive Disk (HDD) highly recommend

If it fails samsung will refer you to the reseller under pretext that they signed an agreement for seller (amazon or other seller) to replace the unit under its 5 year warranty.
