Bought this for my Girlfriends start up business for her Mac mini and yea this thing is fast with the transfers and writing so if you need it go ahead and buy it.

I was able to clone my smaller SSD drive and place the new drive in my laptop seamlessly.

Hard drive is not working at all, probably it’s not new ( refurbished)

Works as advertised for the price advertised. Not the best bang for your buck but definitely a solid drive as long as it shows up new and untampered with.

Ive used the Samsung SSD line for many years including as OS drives and app drives in a full tower PC build and as an external SSD for both the Playstation 4 and Playstation 5. Works well as a PS5 external with USB 3 and a USB 3 2.5 HDD case. Likely would work similarly well on xbox series x. Note - on PS5 external drives are only used for PS4 games and to store PS5 games. PS5 games can only be played from internal NVME spec SSDs that Sony certifies.

I have used many of these drives with great success cloning operating systems.

This is a very nice SSD with huge capacity for the price. Upon testing with Blackmagic Disk Speed test on my M1 Mac Mini, I found that speeds are initially excellent (450 MB/s write and 455 MB/s read), but writes drop off dramatically once the SLC fills.

The SSD package had been opened and then taped shut. Based on the number of power-on cycles in the SMART information it looks like someone was trying to make the SSD work, gave up, and sent it back. Then it was sent to me.

Easy to install and copy old OS onto it. Thanks
