I baught one a while ago, and after one day lost all the data I put on it. (thankfully, I had a backup), and returned it. Then I purchased this one, and while I didnt lose data on this one, the sustained write speed is very slow compared to other SSD drives, and while you write onto it, the read speeds are horribly slow as well.

Using the Sabrent USB 3.1 to SATA adaptor, I made this an external drive for the PS5 specifically for running PS4 games on my PS5. With 870 QVO, the load times for the PS4 games have decreased dramatically compared to the PS4 Pro. I understand the PS5s processing power plays a huge role as well, but the difference in speed between the PS4 Pro HDD vs 870 QVO SSD cant be underestimated either. The initial game load and fast-travel in Horizon: Zero Dawn is so much faster now. It feels like the load time has been cut in half. Overall, Im glad I purchased this drive.

Le 500 go dorigine était intolérablement lent. Le SSD 1 to est arrivé plus tôt que prévu (courrier normal). La pose a été simple. Javais peur que le SSD soit trop épais; cest absolument parfait.

A great SSD for the money, actual storage capacity ended up being 1.8TB. but thats perfectly fine with me. Have all of my games loaded onto the SSD and still have plenty of space left.

I bought this to expand my storage on the M1 Mac mini. I am using this with the Elecife with USB-C Hub with Hard Drive Enclosure and it works great. You will need to format it for the Mac mini first. I had to run the first aid check then initialize the drive and havent had any issues.

Great upgrade for my laptop. The spindle based regular hard drive would take upto 2.5 minutes or more to boot but less than 20seconds with this samsung ssd! Install was straightforward and the ssd fits perfectly in the tray. Really happy with how quick and responsive the laptop is now. SSD upgrade is definitely worth the price and so is this product
