So Tiny, so powerful! I upgraded from a Samsung 850 Pro, and Wow!! I literally load into games in half the time!

SSD is very fast, Read and Writes are very high. Make sure you install the drivers from Samsung instead of the ones windows tries to use by default to squeeze the top performance out of this drive.

I bought this SSD to use it as the boot drive for my Asus ROG Strix GL702VS Gaming Laptop, since the laptop came with a 1TB HDD as the stock boot drive. I do not regret this purchase one bit! I use my SSD as my Windows 10 boot drive as well as for Gaming and Video Editing, and I have yet to have any problems on it whatsoever. It is a great drive that was worth every penny! I highly recommend this drive to anyone who wants the most ridiculously fast boot times. My PC used to take ages to start up, but now it takes a mere 15 seconds from startup to login. For anyone who is wondering about my PC, I have an Intel i7-7700HQ Quad Core CPU along with a GTX 1070 with 8GB VRam and 12GB of DDR4 RAM @ 2133 MHz. My old HDD is now used as a Secondary Drive for mass storage, while this speed demon of an SSD is now the C drive.

I am very disappointed. I got first hard drive 250GB from Amazon, installed on Thinkpad E570 Win7 with drivers updates. Within a week I started seeing blue screen of fatal crash few times a day, I keep losing work, wasted so much time. So I got same hard drive replacement from Amazon, again same result. It was over 30 days now so Amazon did not take this back, contacted Samsung, they said they cannot refund, but asking me to send drive back to them for their review. My recommendation is be careful, do more research on stability of this component and Samsung policy before you buy.

I have a Samsung 850evo 250gb as well and this M2 drive just blows that out of the water. The read speeds are around 3GB per second. The pc boots up in seconds and a browser can cold start immediately. Gone are the days when I wait minutes for game levels to load.

This is my boot drive in my desktop PC. After two years, not a single issue at all. Samsung quality and a great price as well.

This drive is fast. Really fast. Great price, runs cool, enough capacity for OS + several games, I have zero complaints. I get similar benchmarks as the other users, did I mention that this thing is fast? Buy 2, RAID Level 1, you wont regret it.
