> 3 dayMagnifico, with this device your computer will have an excellent performance in speed, my clients are happy for the speed of reading and writing that exceeds 3275MB / s - 1602MB / s

> 3 dayIt was between this and the 960 Pro, and for the price to performance ratio, this was a no brainer. Very fast, but upgrading from a 950 pro, theres barely a real world difference. A tad bit faster boot time, and games load maybe 1 or 2 seconds faster. But Im still giving it 5 starts, because for what it is, and for the price, its a great deal.

> 3 dayGreat new technology that really works. Very fast. Fairly easy to install and set up and use. Here are actual benchmark comparisons I made on my PC, an HP Z420 workstation with Xeon CPU (also fast). This 960 EVO: 3266 MB/s read, 1564 MB/s write, 482,000 iops read, 276000 iops write other 950 PRO: 2209 MB/s read, 1508 MB/s write, 59000 iops read, 82000 iops write other 840EVO: 553 MB/s read, 532 MB/s wite, 81000 iops read, 72000 iops write other WD 1T HDD: 103 MB/s read, 93 MB/s write, 1000 iops read, 600 iops write other USB stick: 30 MB/s read, 29 MB/s write, 1500 iops read, 300 iops write Clearly this is a very very fast SSD, about 6x faster than the SATA interface samsung drives for read, and 3x for write. It is noticeable difference. Plus the best part is that samsung provides a good driver, and data migration software (more your C: to this and it works, and boots fast) and also a samsung magician that allows benchmarks (these numbers) and also optimization for you OS and PC specifics. Unbeatable performance and value. They also have one more step up, the 960 PRO if you have a bit more money and want another 20% or so (3500 MB/s read).

> 3 daySamsung has achieved nonvolatile-memory obedience. Ive been using this drive for nearly a year - and, I swear this thing gets faster every time I fire-up a program. I can now say: that I am fully recovered from the dementia of mechanical hard-drives. Like many now: I am spoiled rotten with this technology. I have one connected to an X299 board - running a full 3.2 GB/s - which is secondary only to the upgrade in Thunderbolt technology (I will not explain this joy). No Regrets - well done Samsung!

> 3 dayEasy to set up. About 5 times faster than my other SATA SSD!!! Windows 10 loads in about 5 seconds...SERIOUSLY fast. Im only using an AMD 970 board with 2x pcie 16...not 3x ,its still fast and no data corruption. Software was easy to install also. Very happy with the purchase.

01-06-2025Was excited to try out m.2 drive performance on my new PC build using an ASRock X370 Taichi. After the initial build, the mobo would not recognize the SSD and it had to be reseated. I got it working and installed Windows. When I connected my HDD, the mobo again decided that it couldnt detect it. Opened the case up and reseated the drive. It worked for a day, the stopped detecting it. After it did not detect the SSD after reseating it a 3rd time, I decided enough was enough. Will be returning the drive for a refund and buying a SATA ssd. I gave it 2 stars instead of only 1 because it worked well when it was actually detected.
