> 3 dayFast. I was able to get ~1.5GB per second from it on reading big files. In theory it should read 3.2GB per second, but I do not know how to make it work that fast. Seems to be not very driver-friendly with Windows Server 2016 (or any Windows Server for that matter), but works with Windows 10 quite well.

> 3 dayWorks perfectly in MacBook Pro 13 Retina late 2013, you need to buy the adapter Sintech NGFF M.2 nVME SSD MacBook

> 3 dayAmazing speeds at a great price point ($200 at time of purchase), I just wish Samsung would include the freaking M.2 standoff and screw set because Asus absolutely did not, and you cant find those things anywhere. I had to jury-rig my own with a dremel and a standard motherboard standoff..

Greater than one weekThis drive works fantastic. Boot times are insane. Running on a Maximus X Hero/8700K, with Windows 10, this drive boots from bios to windows login screen within seconds. Crystal Disk Mark is showing the 3500+ read, with 2100+ write as expected. Mounted behind the ROG heatsink plate in the middle of the mobo. Would absolutely buy again for future builds. Installation was incredibly easy, and not having to put up with SATA/Power cables with installation is the best way to go. Absolutely recommend for modern rigs that can run it.

Greater than one weekWorks great. Used it as the main drive for a new computer. It is very fast. I used it to install Windows 7 on a new system with the ASUS installer.

> 3 dayThis thing is FAST. It replaced a failed 950 Pro and just demolishes it in performance. Love it.

> 3 dayI waited way too long to get an nvme solid state drive. As long as your motherboard supports this technology, please opt for these types of solid state drive over the traditional 2.5 solid state drives that use SATA. Also there are m.2 drives that look like this that also use SATA. Just be sure that the ssd indicates that it is PCIe NVMe, as these drives operate much much faster than even a decent SATA Solid state drive. Pros: Almost the fastest storage solution (slower than the PRO version of same name) Very compact Samsung really is the most reliable performance ssd producer Insanely fast boot times compared to traditional hard disk drives, and even well-performing SATA Solid state drives Cons: (not really a con... its more expensive than the optane solution, which i detailed why I couldnt go that route below) I originally didnt want to go this route when deciding what to put in my motherboards single M.2 Slot. (This can be upgraded by using an adapter card in any pcie slot on your motherboard) And I wanted to use an intel optane m.2 memory module to speed up my 2tb large storage drive but the optane memory module will only speed up a system drive that has your operating system on it. This is the big downside to optane, it will ONLY speed up a system drive
