as far as fit and sound quality out of box the left bud it was good. long battery life is convenient however the right bud failed to even turn on. You think with a brand like Samsung this shouldnt happen but I realized that this is a common issue with these earbuds. I tested them with three different phones and a laptop and no sign of life what so ever...

I purchased these for the 11 hour run time. Everything worked great for the first two months. Then the sound went out in my left bud. No amount of resetting, cleaning or repairing made a difference. Now the bud with the best sound dies after 7 hours. I purchased mine when they were over $100 and was left dissapointed.

They were easy to set up and they work well, but they dont really sound that great. They sound thin with limited dynamics. If I was going to sit and listen to something I would definitely go for wires.

Love them. Easy to connect (Samsung phone) comfortable to wear. They do not cancel noise, but they do dampen it a bit. I also like that you can allow ambient noise while youre using them, so I can still have a conversation while wearing them. You can also shut that off, so when Karen starts to drone on you can literally tune her out.

These have served me well for well over a year now, for my 2nd pair of Bluetooth earbuds these are amazing.

Get what you pay for: a great product made by Samsung. Also bought another cheapie but raved about set of earbuds recommended by an electronics review website. Although well rated by the electronics website, the Cheapie earbuds terrible: they muted and refused to unmute - so $30.00 down the drain. Buy the Samsung. Samsung works!

I now spend my life apologizing to anyone Im talking to on the phone for the 30 sec that it takes to answer a phone call and the continuous disconnects every time I touch these *#*&($** things to adjust them in my ear. Touchpad is hypersensitive so every time you touch them t your iphone goes to mute -- well, I assume its mute because it doesnt actually say mute (documentation actually admits that!) and theres no way to unmute it without disconnecting the call and re-dialing. I cant tell you how many times Ive had to do that, with 30+ people on a conference call. In theory you can reprogram the options for the touchpad, but if you dont have the right iphone you cant because the Galaxy Buds+ app isnt compatible with your phone. (Of course, you dont know this until you buy it and download the app, which says, Not compatible with your device when you try to boot it up. Wasted 45 min on chat with Samsung tech support before he confessed that, and that there was no solution.
