Great quality sound! Just wish it was louder. Lots of updates it seems. I would purchase again though. Very User friendly.

The sound quality is very good but you cannot be more than about 6 ft from your phone and they disconnect... I got them so that I would not have to have my phone with me as I move around in my house but I cannot go from one room to another without them disconnecting.... :(

The best of the best. Fast charge, good bass and sound quality, not noise canceling but you really dont need it with these. Durable case as well, dropped twice on asphalt getting out of car and not a scratch. (Might be just luck) either way these are worth every penny.

What’s not to like, great battery life, microphone, and each bud works separately (although thats not a deal breaker for me). I compared it with the Jabra elite 65t and AirPods 2 and the microphone was better when recording in a noisy environment, however during calls people complained that they couldn’t hear me. I suspect that the internal microphone performance is affected by the quality of the seal. Whereas the AirPods 2 are worse in noisy environments, their sound quality remains consistent. I ended up returning the galaxy buds+

I bought these after watching several You Tube reviewers videos. I have a Google Pixel phone and the earbud work. Unfortunately the battery life on the case means I have to charge it every night after using the earbuds during the day and recharging the earbuds in the afternoon. The other problem I have is with the sound when they are in my ear. There is air that comes through into the ear making the music or phone calls difficult to hear. I tried all the ambient and no ambient sound and nothing worked. It feels like something is blowing air into my ears. For the price I expected better quality sound. I was not looking for noise cancelling I wanted ambient sound so I could hear sounds around me when walking or working. Turning up the volume doesnt help. The air sensation happens more often when walking outside especially when there is wind but occasionally when just standing still.

I had the original galaxy buds before I purchased these and after 2 months of constant everyday use I can say these are a definite step up sound and battery wise.

Lets put this into retrospective. Love these earbuds. Very awesome but because I live on hawaii, we have to ship it via plane. And you cant nessecarily ship it on a plane. First time round, I waited for 3 weeks until I decided to expedite the shipping. Miraculously, 2 days after I expedited, I came to my house. The California shipping process must only want the money for the risk. Sadly though, I had to get another one because my original (Not the Plus) was on the verge of breaking. So now, still waiting for it but I can do a full review of the buds if they arive. Says it is in California for a few weeks now and I ordered it on Prime Day so look at the day this post was made. Lol. But I payed for expedited shipping this time round so I might have to up the shipping AGAIN.

I am a 70 year old woman. I have had difficulty finding comfortable ear buds. I did a search and these were listed as being one of the more comfortable. But for me even though I put in the smallest ear piece (came with 3) I could not wear these for over 15 min. Could not wait to take them out. So I cant make too many comments on other aspects like the sound or ease of use to answer phone or listen to music etc. I really wanted these to listen to audible--which I tried and really enjoyed except could only take about 10 min of having them in my ear.

The earbuds themselves work great they are my favorite. BUT, this is absolutely disgusting. There was crud all over the case and the buds themselves. I should not have had to pay what I did for something I ended up having to clean before I used them. Not cool. When I opened the box the packaging was opened (obviously because they are used.) But the buds in its case werent even in the packaging. Which had an inspected and approved by amazon sticker by the way. The new pro buds are 150 at tmobile right now brand new. Just saying.
