Love, love, love these Galaxy Buds Plus. Ive purchased five other brands of earbuds and these are stellar by comparison. Battery life is great and the sound is incredible due to the customizable Wearable App from Samsung. The fit is perfect. They feel very light in the ear and the comfort is a welcome change from most other earbuds. I strongly recommend these for purchase and, unless youre the type to constantly loose your buds, these are well worth the investment. The red version I bought looks sexy and sharp. I listen to everything from Audiobooks to rock, Bach to blues, symphonic to Broadway. Every genre is well suited for these buds The sale price of $130 was a real enticement. As the newer versions come out on the market, the price is likely to drop even more. Snatch these up before they discontinue them!!!

Ive tried cheaper truly wireless buds, but there were regular signal fallouts, especially at the gym where large metal frames could surround me. Since I started decided to guy better quality and started using these, I have not had one signal drop anywhere, even at the gym which has a weak Wi-Fi signal. Sound quality is good to excellent. They fit comfortably but I wish they had a little better instruction/tutorial on how to fit them to your ear. I would recommend them to any skeptic.

This is the second pair of buds I’ve purchased and both pairs resulted in the left bud not working after 10 months. The first pair was fixed under warranty with no issue. This second pair was approved for a warranty claim and then denied after they received it because they were purchased on Amazon. Samsung is claiming that Amazon is a third-party retailer, which they are not, therefore they will not honor the warranty. My purchase was sold by and shipped by Amazon, not a third-party retailer. I provided them with proof of purchase in the form of the Amazon receipt and all of the necessary serial numbers off of the box that I am holding in my hand as I’m typing this. After being put on hold for over an hour and transferred to a supervisor, I was transferred to tech-support who then hung up on me. I have finally learned my lesson and I will never purchase another Samsung product as long as I live. Worst customer service ever! What makes me more mad is that the supervisor on the phone told me that if I had purchased them from Walmart, everything would be fine. I fail to see why Walmart is any better than buying on Amazon from Amazon. Guess I won’t be purchasing any products like this on Amazon again either.

Only complaint I have is the battery life is a bit short but that’s ok.

I bought these to listen to my music from my phone or laptop without wires. But the sound quality is not equal to the sound on some inexpensive wired ear buds. I am very disappointed. In the meantime I will use them for calls and podcasts. I did download an app to help with the sound but it didnt help enough.

The earbuds themselves are nice when they work. They were a noticeable improvement over my first pair of bluetooth earbuds in terms of audio quality and style (not battery life which is relatively short). The first pair of earbuds I received were defective--left earbud would not power on/take a charge. I got a replacement from Amazon. This pair lasted several months until the left earbud would not power on/hold a charge. Dealt with the painful task of calling the 1-800 number and arranged the earbuds to be repaired under warranty for free. Long story short, after receiving my earbuds, Samsung tells me the repair will cost $109 with taxes (approximately the cost of a brand new set), and that the buds are not under warranty because they come from Latin America (purchased through Amazon Prime).

The good - Battery life. I can use these all day long. Impressive.

These true wireless galaxy buds + sound really good and have amazing battery life. My only knock would be that buds dont power off when removed and its nearly impossible to reposition or remove one without changing tracks or pausing your song due to the touch sensitive side panels. Not a deal breaker by any means. Also wish it could go just a little louder. They get loud dont get me wrong,but I always try to go just a little higher and I am already maxed out. Im being picky only due to the price. They work flawlessly and Ive had zero problems. I highly recommend. I am using with a Note 9.
