Nice upgrade

I am a big Samsung fan. Samsung TV and Note 20. I really wanted these to work, as well as integrate with Samsung phone app. I found these ear buds very uncomfortable to wear. I realized I a do not like in ear buds. These ear buds have to be shoved way into your ear to be able to hear. It results in pressure building up and causing a head ache. I returned at Kohls yesterday. Still looking for a great wireless earbud that is not Apple, and does not go fully in the ear.

I had gone through a lot of earbuds for my workouts and I can say that in terms of comfort, range, and the ability to stay in your ears in quick motions workouts. These earbuds stand the test of time. Awesome ambient mode and multiple touch options to play, skip, pause, and replay. With the battery in the case, these buds have the longevity to last for the entire day of listening and then some. No active noise cancelling but with how they fit, you can barely hear anything around you without ambient mode turned on. Bass is a little lacking but for the price its a bargain compromise compared to the air-pods pro being twice the cost.

Fits great with my tragus and daith

My husband bought these but I use them more hehe they fit in my ear very well. Kinda hurts at first but you get used to it. Also, during my 8 hour shift I use one in it will last like 6.5 hours before I have to put it back in the charger and switch to the other ear. I love them

Right side wouldnt charge after three months of use. The web is packed with other owners fighting the same issue. Upon contacting Samsung for service I was provided a UPS label for sending to their repair center. After the buds reached the center an email was dispatched to me saying the buds were out of warranty. The warranty is supposed to be one year but the buds were purchased in May, it is now December, 7 months after purchase. They began failing in August. All suggested actions failed to revive the buds. Samsung wants $108.00 to repair the defective buds. AVOID!

Only took one week for one of the buds to completely stop working. So quiet as to be inaudible. Even out of the box I didnt like them much. I had a bad experience with these, you might love them. Keep in mind the pros and cons of wireless IEMs

I tried these and echo buds and I picked the echo buds over these because of the sound quality and ear fit... but for ambient sound passthrough galaxy buds+ are the best! Was nice to be able to hear important sounds while still cranking the volume a bit... will miss that feature.
