The right earbud just died on me. It constantly falls out. Get the normal instead of the plus. They fit better and dont slip out.

Amazon botched my initial order by sending the wrong color but made it right later. Thanks Amazon! Ive never owned any buds in the past but compared to other headsets, these are great for listening to Spotify. I use them to listen to conference videos so I can be efficient at all times so they are a work tool for me as well. Its a quirk of Windows 10 rather than Samsung but these are not as easy to get working for Zoom meetings as I had expected. Still they work great.

I have these connected via Bluetooth for my PC and they are by far the worst. People say I cut in and out in meetings so I always have to switch headsets half way through.
