> 3 daySo, I have a Samsung S20 FE that has the Samsung Wear app installed, so- these work right out of the box! Im a little old, so Im struggling with making them fit in my ears, but I have been playing with the sound mixing choices, the ambient noise volume & checking SoC of both the earbuds & the case. The smooth earbuds, the smooth rounded & strong carrying case and the extra fittings that came these are attractive and helps me justify the expensive price. The sound quality is very good and the menu choices allow for high quality listening to podcasts, music & even good ole head banging rock & roll (even if you have to swap back & forth in the app!) Its nice to be able to charge your phone or your earbuds based on need without needing a 2nd charger or plug to take care of... Very happy with product quality, looks & functionality. Highly recommend to anyone going from wired to Bluetooth! Much better than an inexpensive (Walmart impulse purchase?) set bought on a whim!!! I wish it was priced around the Raycon earbuds because that was the MOST I wanted to spend but the extra $35 was worth it.

Greater than one weekIve been using the Samsung Galaxy Buds+ for two weeks now, and am growing more accustomed to their fit and feel. However, the controls are a bit confusing, and the noise cancelation is not the best. Sound quality is excellent for both voice and music. And the range from devices they are connected to is quite good; I can listen to my computer from at least 2 rooms away. Battery life is great, and recharging is quick and convenient. For around $110, they are a much better value than some other wireless ear buds, but probably fall short of those costing twice as much.

> 3 dayThis product sold through the Amazon seller Hippsh is explicitly advertised as the US version. After about eight months the left bud stopped charging. I conducted the advised reset procedures advised by Samsung to no avail. Samsung told me to ship them to their repair center and based on my purchase date they would be repaired under warranty. After they received the buds they advised me that, based on the model number SM-R175NZBALTA, these are the Latin American version and would not be covered under warranty. I sent all these details to Amazon, who referred me to the seller Hippsh. So I gave them all the details. Their response was We do not provide warranty on these units, you can take it to a local technician for repairs. So apparently they did not read the complaint, as I was not requesting they repair the device. I was requesting a refund as the product is not accurately advertised. I paid over $160 for these new. Samsung advised they would charge me $108 to repair the one bud. They are now listed on Amazon for $85. So obviously I chose to have Samsung return the buds unrepaired and I am at the mercy of Amazon and the seller to resolve this issue. Which, after the initial replies from them, isnt looking like they will.

> 3 dayThese are good in most respects. they fit fine. battery life is more than what i need. Sound quality is quite good. for noise reduction, the ear buds are more effective than actual ear plugs. The only real drawback is the volume. The low volume may protect your ears from damage, which i can appreciate after 25 years of blasting my ears, thing is though, the music i like to hear really does need to be played loud. I dig metal of many stripes and volume is an important consideration. it is loud enough, barely but i wish i could get like, 25% louder. that would be about perfect.

> 3 dayThey paired up flawlessly and were very easy to use, but they were extremely uncomfortable right off the bat. I tried the other wing tip and silicone covers that came with the headphones, but they all fit very awkwardly for me and were painful to use for more than an hour. I made sure to always set my music at a moderate volume, but on the second day of use, I noticed fresh blood in my left ear - NOT a great sign. Sad these didnt work out for me. General discomfort and surprise blood are both big dealbreakers for me.
