I use the ear buds every morning for my exercise workouts and walks.. The sound quality is really very good. I find the ear fit a little problematic on occasion (the buds sometimes like to fall out).. the buds come with several ear pieces that give you a pretty secure fit but as with everything else, nothing is perfect. Charging the buds has also been a problem.. Ive had occasion where one or the other bud fails to charge and Im then using only one ear piece until I can get them both charged.. I have started putting the buds in the charger and sealing the case with a rubber band.. so far this has worked well.. I like the buds and for the price dont think they can be beat.. Definitely recommend them from Amazon as they were kind enough to replace the buds after one fell out and was crushed by a golf cart.. Great customer service..

The Samsung Galaxy Buds Plus are acceptable quality ear buds when they work. The charging case is very convenient, and the noise cancellation is nice for such a small unit. The sound quality is acceptable, however the microphone is fairly poor. Judging by their quality when they work, I would say they are a 4/5.

This was my first pair of wireless earbuds. I hate the look (and price tag) of air pods and saw these for $99 so decided why not.

I have gone through 3 different sets of buds in the last 60 days looking for something that works. Quality of phone conversation is the best I have had since the ones that wrap around my neck. Ease of answering the phone right out of the box & hassle free pairing to both my galaxy phone S8+ and new galaxy watch3 almost instant. No problem pairing to my HP desktop.

The volume in the right side ear buds has lost its volume level. After doing some research on how to correct that are numerous references by others who have experienced the same thing without any solution. So you basically only have one working ear bud. You have been warned.

Works great with my google pixel 4 and the sound and ease of use is amazing.
