> 3 dayLove these. My only complaint is that even the small ear pads are still too big for my ear canal so it leads to pain when wearing for extended time.

> 3 dayI love most everything about these with the exception of the bass being a bit weak compared to my Phaser Fusion One buds, and it could be a bit louder. However, there is a significant problem with the buds not charging when placed into the case with the tips installed. This is true even for the silicone tips that come with these buds, and dont even think about trying it with memory foam tips. Before anybody brings it up, YES, I am placing the buds in the correct spots n the charging case (left bud in left spot, right bud in right spot). When placing the buds in the case with the tips on, the charging light doesnt come on, and the lid wont close without a little extra nudge...and then wont stay completely closed without holding them shut. Sometimes you can see the charging light come on as the lid is sliding over the top of the buds and pushing them down far enough for the charging points on the buds and charger case to connect, but apparently the dont stay connected once the lid is fully closed. And, since the connection is lost once the lid is closed, you wont know that they havent charged until you open the lid and the app shows the same charge (or slightly lower) as they did when you put them in...even after several hours. Without the tips installed, the connection and charging works flawlessly. Fortunately, the awesome battery life of these allows me to listen to these all day at work with 30-40% left at the end of the day (9 hour days Mon-Thur and 4 hours on Friday). Again, most everything about these buds are great, which is why I will probably keep them and may even consider buying them again in the future.

> 3 dayIve ordered NEW Samsung Galaxy Buds+ from here and after a few weeks, I get my product in the mail, exactly what the picture shows. I received the earbuds within their charging case and a small white box that contains the charging cable and small earbud rubber pieces, they didnt even come in their Galaxy Buds+ box that they are supposed to be in. Additionally, when I opened the package, the earbuds looked used already.

Greater than one weekAfter my Jabra Elite 75ts broke due to a common issue ( I got them replaced under the warranty), I decided to try these out and they are AMAZING. So light weight, they stay in my ears, I cant hear anyone when I have them in. Only complaint is that the touch buttons annoy me, but I just turned off that feature through the Wearables App. Highly recommend these to folks seeking quality wireless bluetooth headphones.

> 3 dayI would love these if the volume would go louder while listening to music. I have tried looking in the app for settings to tweak, and found none except for the equalizer and ambient (outside) sound setting. Kind of frustrating.

> 3 dayHad these for about a year and Ive tried everything listed on all the support forums but my right earbud is still very noticeably quieter than my left. Its my hearing because its still just as noticeable if I switch ears.

> 3 dayI am very disappointed in the sound volume quality of these earbuds. First the right ear volume is sig significantly lower than the left ear. And it has only been getting worse over the months. Is gotten so bad the right are wisper quiet when the left side is a comfortable volume effectvly makibg them useless. Second issue is that I have to crank the volume to near max, again, just to have it a good listening volume.
