Samsung SSD 860 EVO 1TB 2.5 Inch SATA III Internal SSD (MZ-76E1T0B/AM)

Purchased this as a way to assist with slow load times on my Xbox One S and it did GREAT. For the cost of this SSD it is dollar for dollar the best xbox accessory I have purchased.

The install process is simple but confusing for a newbie like me. I had to format the drive in the disk management to get the ssd working after connecting it to my computer. Works like a charm.

I bought it for my MacBook Pro mid 2012 and after all the installation the performance has boosted up for my 2018 use. The battery life has augmented despite my battery state.

I thought that in US in Amazon seller, I can buy Korean evo 860 500gb. But no it is made in China.

Hdd went out, perfect time to upgrade to ssd. Watch a ton of you tubers and I see them go with the Samsung line a good bit. They always talked about how reliable they are, got to say, this made my pc lightning fast. Huge difference.

I wanted an additional SSD for my laptop (ASUS VivoBook Pro 15) which already had a 500gb m.2 SSD for the operating system. While i can’t cmpare it to much this drive operates as it should, zero noise, almost unnoticeable heat production, and lightning fast. The 850 Evo has been reviewed by thousands of people as the best SSD around and i was happy to find they just released the 860 which improved on the 850’s gold standard specs. Very pleased with the purchase i would highly recommend

Great drive, easy install and runs fast. It gave my old computer new life.

I am very happy with the evo 860 1 tb. When I initially started building my pc I went with 860 500gb for cost reasons but these days the 1tb cost as much as I paid for the 500gb haha. Read/writes are ample for almost anything. Even transferring entire games is a breeze. I moved my steam collection around and it was still pretty quick. I havent read much about the new 870 but the 860 is fast in its own rights. Very pleased with this purchase, wish I could trade my two 500gb for a 1 though lol. I am going to have to install a pcie sata bus to keep upgrading lol.

Easy to replace with the standard HDD on the PS4 Pro and it significantly improved my load times. It depends on the game, but I would say it averages to around 30-50% faster for load times.
