I like this item a lot.... great for me to back up files or move files off my computer securely. The software that runs it is janky....... sometimes wont update itself when you try to. Needs better customer service on that note. Other than that perfect to use as a secure file storage unit.

First of all, for now, the physical product itself seams very good, but, the software coming with it is outdated, and did not go the easy way to adapt it to my mac. Lets say ... its not plug and play ! 30 minutes to figure it out with uncle google.

Had no issues once plugged in and provides a fast, reliable connection.

i bought this one by mistake. so i sent it back them bought the T7. i have it working fine. but i would like my money back....

I used this to expand storage on my PS5. Works fine.

I love this drive. Its a little frightening that something so small could be so valuable! Dont lose it.
