SSDs are pricey yet but this thing is small for the large amount of storage capacity it has. It transfers fast compared to external hard drives, or (I wont say the name) other external storage devices I have used that are cell phone sized.

I could not believe it when I opened up the box and inside was a deck of cards. ABSURD!

Seems surprisingly slow to transfer from old quad Mac mini via 3.0 lightning adapter. But will try with windows 3.0 soon. Overall happy as I know it’s gotta be faster.

I wanted to get a 1 TB SSD back in 2011 and they were BIG and cost $4,000 it is amazing how far technology has come in the last few years. And unlike most things in life, the price of storage seems to be coming down so that us poor folk can back up stuff too... Buy 2.

I use this drive daily with my Dell Inspiron laptop. Whether directly connected or through a docking station this is much faster than my old spinning external drive.

I didnt try to use it for over a year to find this out. I hope I find a hack to reset it.
