> 3 dayI genuinely love this product. In addition to making everything better, it also ensured that my back wouldnt continue to be slumped over. I find it really difficult to sit up straight, so occasionally I slump like a normal person. Although I never really had the time for it, I had thought about wanting to purchase a device like this but I didn’t. Im so glad I made the decision to order it and followed through. I initially believed that the product was simply a waste of money. Yet after a few weeks, I saw a substantial shift in my posture. I was disappointed that I had doubts about the product. But now I can clearly see why a device like this is necessary. Because so many teenagers and adults today dont exercise enough, their posture shifts. These days, since many jobs need digital work, many people sit at their desks and hunch, which gives them terrible posture. A healthy spine, better blood flow, strong support for all muscles, and incredible alleviation are all benefits of having proper back posture. I dont really have a cut posture. I make every effort to rectify things, but Im unable to do so alone. I dont have much time to move around because I work at a desk, and sometimes the stress makes me forget to sit up straight, so I just slouch back down. Although back and neck ache are something that nobody truly desires, sitting incorrectly can cause them. Im thus very grateful that I discovered this product before I could have developed an even worse back condition, possibly caused irreversible damage, and endured chronic pain. Going forward, Ill keep using this product because I adore it. Im very pleased I found a product like this and extend my best wishes to the owner of this innovation. Everyone else who has back issues should at least give this product a shot because it could significantly improve their lives. I appreciate it and hope that following my experience you decide to buy this.

Greater than one weekUPDATE 4/13/23 Changed rating to 3 stars as the seller has reached out to understand my concerns and provided options to attempt to resolve the issue. The customer service was prompt, to the point and effective. While I didnt take any of the offerings, I greatly appreciated the customer service. ________________________________________________ Simple and effective design. Quality has been good however wearing it, not so much. Not sure who thought 2” straps running under your arms is comfortable. Very uncomfortable for me personally. Can’t speak for others but am bummed as I was really looking forward to using although probably getting thrown out.

> 3 dayIt is a strap that trains your upper back and shoulders to the correct posture. If you lean forward, the straps will Remind you hey, time to put your shoulders back up. They dig into your armpits though, so make sure you wear clothing. Its not some sort of magical device to reduce pain. The straps reek of chemical plastic though, even after one week. Some people will find the plastic/rubber smell nauseating. Works well, esp for an 18 dollar strap.

> 3 dayI just received mine today and I already really like it! Ive been a tree trimmer for over 15 years and climbing/cutting with a chainsaw really does a number on my posture and lower back. I didnt have any upper body pain from using this like some did. Though just a lot of tension taken off of the upper back and it was transferred to my chest (where it should be) 2 things I found out. 1 it is pretty unwearable without a shirt under it, but I just bought a couple under shirts to be able to wear it around town without it showing. 2 it rides up sometimes on my neck and needs some adjustment from time to time to not push my neck and head forward. Buy it

> 3 dayIve had a nagging dull soreness near my right scapula/upper back for a while -- I suspected it could be due to poor posture. I work from home at a computer so Ive been wearing the Schiara posture corrector off and on for about a month now while I work. I really do see a difference from when I wear it and when I dont. Additionally Ive been surprised to feel like I am more cognizant of my posture even when Im not wearing it. Its comfortable and really good quality. I would recommend to anyone experiencing a similar issue.

> 3 dayI purchased this posture correction brace for my 17 year old son. He is 6’3” but has fairly skinny frame at 160lbs. His posture became an issue in the last couple of years. After consulting with an orthopedic doctor we purchased this product based on very high reviews from other customers. We were not disappointed. I have noticed a difference in my son’s posture within one week after every day use. He started with 1 hour a day and gradually got to wear it 3-4 hours a day. It is a well made product and my son says it is very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this product if you have posture issues.

> 3 dayI purchased this product as I am a student and I always find myself hunching forward when doing work on my computer. I needed an easy solution. This posture corrector was the perfect choice. It forces me to sit up straight with my shoulders back. It is uncomfortable at first, but you get used to it and it makes a world of a difference. Now, I wear it every time I am sitting doing work. It helped me build the habit of having my neck and back straight with my shoulders retracted and not rounded forward. I would 100% recommend this for anybody who suffers from poor posture. I even received a handwritten letter from Karen, the owner of Schiara Posture Corrector. Huge thanks to her for this product, she deserves more recognition!

> 3 dayIm 58, self-employed, running two businesses, both of which have me working in front of a computer and I almost always forget to wear my glasses. This has led to poor posture. Really poor posture. I wear this strap really tight. If you fight it, you can only handle it for 1/2 hour at a time. If you keep your shoulders back, however, you can wear it for an hour or longer. From day-1, I could feel the difference. Ive been wearing it for almost two weeks now and can honestly report that it works!
