I really love this posture corrector. I use it regularly. It’s very easy to adjust and it’s comfortable. I’ve noticed a difference the first time i wore it. I see a chiropractor and she suggested i try a posture corrector to wear while I’m vacuuming. Vacuuming seems to trigger my back pain. If you’re thinking of buying one, I would highly recommend you give buy this one & give it a try.

Ive been using this for several weeks now, and I am satisfied with my purchase. This is the first posture corrector I have tried, and it was easy to use right out of the bag. When I put it on, my back pain is instantly reduced as it pulls my shoulders backwards. Fixing your posture after spending years hunched over the computer isnt going to happen overnight, so I think its important to go in with reasonable expectations. I havent noticed a dramatic improvement in my posture when Im not wearing the corrector (probably because I still have to build the correct muscles to keep my shoulders from rolling forward), but Ive only been using it for the recommended 20 or so minutes per day. Its possible that wearing it more frequently or for longer periods might get you more dramatic results. I do get some chafing in the underarms if I wear it with a short-sleeved shirt, so I recommend wearing it over longer sleeves to make it more comfortable. I suspect you would get chafing no matter what brand of posture corrector you get because many have a similar design. The straps are padded, and that definitely helps. I wear a womens size ~4, and this fit me perfectly when everything was tightened to the smallest possible setting, but you if you have a small frame or narrow shoulders, you may want to choose a different style with more sizing options. Overall, this is a solid product, and I would recommend it.

I bought Schiara Posture Corrector because of upper back and neck soreness. The corrector was uncomfortable at first. Just wear it for 15-30 minutes in the beginning, then increase the time. I found wearing it over a shirt was more comforable. It does remind me to straighten up by pulling on the straps when I slouch. It has helped the soreness in my back and neck. Over all I am vey satisfied and glad I purchased it.

I genuinely love this product. In addition to making everything better, it also ensured that my back wouldnt continue to be slumped over. I find it really difficult to sit up straight, so occasionally I slump like a normal person. Although I never really had the time for it, I had thought about wanting to purchase a device like this but I didn’t. Im so glad I made the decision to order it and followed through. I initially believed that the product was simply a waste of money. Yet after a few weeks, I saw a substantial shift in my posture. I was disappointed that I had doubts about the product. But now I can clearly see why a device like this is necessary. Because so many teenagers and adults today dont exercise enough, their posture shifts. These days, since many jobs need digital work, many people sit at their desks and hunch, which gives them terrible posture. A healthy spine, better blood flow, strong support for all muscles, and incredible alleviation are all benefits of having proper back posture. I dont really have a cut posture. I make every effort to rectify things, but Im unable to do so alone. I dont have much time to move around because I work at a desk, and sometimes the stress makes me forget to sit up straight, so I just slouch back down. Although back and neck ache are something that nobody truly desires, sitting incorrectly can cause them. Im thus very grateful that I discovered this product before I could have developed an even worse back condition, possibly caused irreversible damage, and endured chronic pain. Going forward, Ill keep using this product because I adore it. Im very pleased I found a product like this and extend my best wishes to the owner of this innovation. Everyone else who has back issues should at least give this product a shot because it could significantly improve their lives. Helps somewhat, but if you tighten it to give a lot of support, it rides up to your neck. Needs a clip to hold it to the back of your belt so it doesnt ride up. I think it does make me conscious of sitting up straighter, so it works for that, but wouldnt buy again.

Works well. I simply havent used it much because its uncomfortable to use since Ive had my collar bone misplaced/injured which is the reason I got it. Might work better as a supplement to physical therapy and chiropractic care, depending on what youre using it for.

At 68 years young, a lifetime of slouching has finally bitten me.....in the back. Ive tried several posture braces over the years just trying to correct (or remind me to correct) my poor posture for cosmetic reasons; but recently Ive started having a good bit of pain in my upper back because of lousy posture. Other braces Ive tried have been either terribly uncomfortable, or ineffective, or both. First off, a good posture brace is not going to be super comfy because, if it is and you dont notice youre wearing it, its not helping. But other braces Ive tried have been uncomfortable in areas that had nothing to do with my upper back and shoulders, like across my middle or under my arms. This one is very wearable and really helps. It has alleviated a LOT of my pain, and it really has helped me to remember to pull my shoulders back even when Im not wearing it. I highly recommend it! Im very small, but it fits fine and has plenty of room for a much larger person. Its big enough to be supportive but not so big I feel like Im wearing a full suit of armor. Love it!
