Schiara Posture Corrector for Men and Women, Comfortable Upper and Back Brace, Adjustable Back Straightener Support for Back, Shoulder & Neck

Ive had a nagging dull soreness near my right scapula/upper back for a while -- I suspected it could be due to poor posture. I work from home at a computer so Ive been wearing the Schiara posture corrector off and on for about a month now while I work. I really do see a difference from when I wear it and when I dont. Additionally Ive been surprised to feel like I am more cognizant of my posture even when Im not wearing it. Its comfortable and really good quality. I would recommend to anyone experiencing a similar issue.

Difficult to put on

For many years, Ive worked at a sedentary job - at a desk, slumped over. As a result, I developed a slouch. Its an unsightly look. People would tell me put your shoulders back and your chest forward but, really, I didnt know how to do that, and my attempts felt unnatural. I bought the Schiara in desperation. Its really not expensive, so I felt I had little to lose. But it worked!!! After wearing it just a couple of days, 3 hours at a time, my body had learned how it was supposed to configure. I began naturally to stand erect, shoulders back etc. So now, I just wear the Schiara occasionally, as a reminder. This is a truly great product, or at least it was for me. I recommend it whole-heartedly.

We ended up buying two - one for my son to help him recover from a collarbone and AC Joint injury, and one to help with my posture. We’re so glad we did, we both feel better!

The customer service was prompt, to the point and effective. While I didnt take any of the offerings, I greatly appreciated the customer service. ________________________________________________ Simple and effective design. Quality has been good however wearing it, not so much. Not sure who thought 2” straps running under your arms is comfortable. Very uncomfortable for me personally. Can’t speak for others but am bummed as I was really looking forward to using although probably getting thrown out.

I have terrible posture and a very full chest. I work at a desk all day. This immediately relieved the ache in my upper back and improved my overall appearance by about 10 fold. I am really pleased even just for how much better I look let alone how much better it feels. I have it on pretty tight because I really want to get some progress and it is bothering me occasionally under my arms, however, you can avoid that by adjusting it more comfortably. I also have that gold bond friction defense that I am going to put on the little part of my arm to help since I am wearing it under my shirt. Its virtually unnoticeable under a shirt. If you have your hair down people definitely wont notice. If youre a sloucher - get this!

I really love this posture corrector. I use it regularly. It’s very easy to adjust and it’s comfortable. I’ve noticed a difference the first time i wore it. I see a chiropractor and she suggested i try a posture corrector to wear while I’m vacuuming. Vacuuming seems to trigger my back pain. If you’re thinking of buying one, I would highly recommend you give buy this one & give it a try.

For a variety of reasons, mostly with my years working at a computer desk, I developed poor posture and it was impacting me negatively. This product was recommended to me by a friend and I thought I would give it a try. From the first week I noticed a difference and I faithfully wear it for an hour each day. And it has provided corrective support so that my posture has improved dramatically. Thank you so much for this great product! The construction is sturdy. At first I needed some help taking it off, but I learned how to use it correctly and now can function on and off without any assistance. It helps to read the directions. :)
