I bought this to help my posture bc I was starting to have nerve pain down my right arm from the tension in my shoulders. Amazingly after just a few days of using this for 20 minutes a day (as directed) I started to notice a difference immediately. I have had less pain and I felt my posture correct itself. I am amazed at how quickly this made a difference for me. Gave 4 stars for comfort bc when I adjusted the straps in the beginning I had some tension in my armpit area but that has gotten better over time as my posture has gotten better. I probably started out pulling the straps too tightly and some tension would be expected as you are trying to retrain your posture. I recommend this product 100%

Great product. I gave it a go...and, it works! Does a great job of correcting posture, relieving pain from both upper and lower back regions, plus, you forget you have it on after getting used to it.

Works as expected

My job requires endless hours of sitting behind the pc and this has taken a hit on my posture for years. I noticed a slight curvature behind my upper back and the slouching of my shoulders drooping with my neck tilted forward at an angle inducing pain and discomfort. It was time to go hunting for that perfect product or means for relieve and support. I thought about going to the chiropractor but the costs and many alternative reasons dissuadedmy interest. Surfing through the internet I chanced upon this product and to be honest, I was immediately enthusiastic about trying it. Preferably this was very cost effective and within my budget so I hurriedly placed my order which came even faster than the projected time. Started using it and has since become my second skin. Worth it!

At my age, Im now 78 years old, and Shiara Posture Corrector is my third of a kind to have ever used, and so far, I find it to be the best, the most convenient, and the easiest to wear and to take it off, because of its simple design. I just love it so much because of its simplicity and durability. It just fit me so well that Ive never made any adjustment to wear or to take it off. And best of all, I feel very relax when Im wearing it, my back pain relieved, and helps me breath deeper especially when Im sitting down, with head leaning backward; with my two feet stretched forward, and my two hands freely hanging down, I just feel the comfort it brings. So fully satisfied and blessed. I will keep using it, and if need be, I will buy the same replacement as needed. I highly recommend this versatile product.

Sooo many items to choose from, I didn’t know how to pick a good one. However, I tried this one, felt my shoulders being pulled back. Had my kids try it on. I saw a difference in their posture. My shoulder pain had left. Just using 15min a day. Then I lost it and tried a new one. After trying the other one, I realized it did not give me the same support, pain relief as the other one. So this has now become my favorite.

I needed to wear it to a wedding immediately on receiving it and longer than the 20 minutes U reccomend. I was able to wear it just a little loose for much longer and it helped my posture, not perfectly but well enough to get me through the ceremony. My granddaughter was very pleased. I will practice wearing it tighter now. I am very pleased mtself.
