I wear the jacket all day and got used to it quickly. I gave it 5 stars because it does what it is supposed to do without feeling bulky. Two Suggestions: When the jacket is on, the straps under the arm pit tend to slip off each other rather than staying superimposed. Could be resolved with a non-slip material so the two straps would more like stay in place. Second: I would lengthen the center vertical strip in the back by an inch or so to make it easier to get off by grabbing it and pulling down. I have to almost jump up and down to get the jacket off my shoulders. It is a little bit cumbersome removing it. I initially tried another brand but it was two bulky and cumbersome to put on. Overall, Im very happy with the posture corrector.

I bought this to remedy my rather poor posture. Putting this thing on looks like you have a gun holster of some sort. The issue with it is that the straps really dig into the arm pits and make wearing it a bit of a nuisance. Overall, it works fine but wish it was a bit more comfortable.

Works well. I simply havent used it much because its uncomfortable to use since Ive had my collar bone misplaced/injured which is the reason I got it. Might work better as a supplement to physical therapy and chiropractic care, depending on what youre using it for.

i love this brace! very easy to adjust and put on, feels very comfortable while on . Process should be slow, so i think brace should be on ones body no longer 1 or 1,5 hour

The product works in that it does help to correct your posture by bringing your shoulders back. However, the discomfort from wearing it for even short periods warrants my 3 star rating. I wore this brace on the outside of a shirt and it still rubbed my armpits raw from moving. I tried loosening the straps to see if I had it too tight but that did not seem to fix the discomfort.

I wear this every day since my posture isn’t the best and I usually sit at a desk. Keeps my shoulders back, I like that it is adjustable. It does recommend to wear it up to two hours a day, but sometimes I lose track of time and wear it longer. Only complaint is that it does get sore at the underarm area. But it’s tolerable.

I purchased this product as I am a student and I always find myself hunching forward when doing work on my computer. I needed an easy solution. This posture corrector was the perfect choice. It forces me to sit up straight with my shoulders back. It is uncomfortable at first, but you get used to it and it makes a world of a difference. Now, I wear it every time I am sitting doing work. It helped me build the habit of having my neck and back straight with my shoulders retracted and not rounded forward. I would 100% recommend this for anybody who suffers from poor posture. I spend most of my day hunched over a computer or textbooks and sleep on my sides. I shoulders were pulled forward causing me pain and troubles sleep. I started using the posture corrector my posture has improved and my shoulders are back in correct alignment and my sleep has improved. I also you it when I am weight lifting to keep my form.

I have terrible posture and a very full chest. I work at a desk all day. This immediately relieved the ache in my upper back and improved my overall appearance by about 10 fold. I am really pleased even just for how much better I look let alone how much better it feels. I have it on pretty tight because I really want to get some progress and it is bothering me occasionally under my arms, however, you can avoid that by adjusting it more comfortably. I also have that gold bond friction defense that I am going to put on the little part of my arm to help since I am wearing it under my shirt. Its virtually unnoticeable under a shirt. If you have your hair down people definitely wont notice. If youre a sloucher - get this!
