Greater than one weekAfter finding myself slumping over a computer for hours, my back started feeling the strain. I knew there would be no immediate relief and needed something to help me sit up straight. I searched on Amazon and I’m not really sure what led me to this particular posture corrector. I cannot speak for any other, but for this one, I am beyond happy! I’ve had it for over a month now. I had read to wear it for a little at the time to get used to it, but it felt so good and provided such immediate relief that I found myself wearing it for several hours. When I removed it, I really think my posture was better! I continued to wear it when I noticed myself slumping and after about a week, I felt so much better! So then I didn’t use it for a couple of weeks. What happened? You guessed it. The pain has returned. So on it went again and the result was the same again. Immediate relief! What’s the moral of the story? Get this thing and wear it! Your back will thank you!

> 3 dayGreat product. I gave it a go...and, it works! Does a great job of correcting posture, relieving pain from both upper and lower back regions, plus, you forget you have it on after getting used to it.

Greater than one weekI can feel the posture corrector pulling my shoulders back but still allows good movement. However, I needed my husband to help me put it on and it is a little uncomfortable where my arm meets my chest. I haven’t had it long enough to know it helps with pain.

> 3 dayI purchased this product as I am a student and I always find myself hunching forward when doing work on my computer. I needed an easy solution. This posture corrector was the perfect choice. It forces me to sit up straight with my shoulders back. It is uncomfortable at first, but you get used to it and it makes a world of a difference. Now, I wear it every time I am sitting doing work. It helped me build the habit of having my neck and back straight with my shoulders retracted and not rounded forward. I would 100% recommend this for anybody who suffers from poor posture. I even received a handwritten letter from Karen, the owner of Schiara Posture Corrector. Huge thanks to her for this product, she deserves more recognition!

Greater than one weekWorks well. I simply havent used it much because its uncomfortable to use since Ive had my collar bone misplaced/injured which is the reason I got it. Might work better as a supplement to physical therapy and chiropractic care, depending on what youre using it for.

> 3 dayOverall, I really like this posture corrector and although I do not use it as a crutch by any means, I do use it to get my muscles used to being pulled back and it does also relieve the tightness in my pectoral muscles. There are definitely more pros than there are cons, but there still are some downsides to this brace. Pros: *Stretchy & soft *Easy to put on *Releases tension *Builds muscle memory *Does as advertised *Washer & dryer friendly *Workout friendly Cons: *Must be worn over sleeves or else armpit chaffing occurs. *I have a fairly small frame (110 lbs, 5”3) and I do have to pull the straps all the way to the tops of my shoulders, which causes them to occasion bunch up). *Causes a sore back but that’s not necessarily it’s fault, but more so my body and muscles adjusting to it. *Since I have to wear it over clothing, it makes my shirt bunch up in weird places I recommend this product to anyone who is trying to improve your posture, but most importantly you need to rely on yourself to put in most of the work! Strengthen the upper back (traps, shoulders, lats, etc.), core and glutes.

> 3 dayGood posture corrector but if you have it only a little extra right, it gets painful after about 30 minutes from the strain it puts on your under arms.
