> 3 dayIt definitely helped my posture, which is what I bought it for so it does it’s job. It’s a little weird wearing it at first because Im not used to it so I notice it but the more you wear it the less noticeable it becomes. It’s not going to force the posture on you, if you slouch forward enough the corrector will slouch with you. I think it’s still good because when I start to slouch, I feel the straps moving on my shoulders and it reminds to stand up straight.

> 3 dayJust bought this the other day, but already feel a difference in my upper back, shoulder, neck region! I do office work and spend the majority of 8 hours at a desk in front of the computer. Sometimes I catch myself so curled over without any idea how long I have been sitting like that, but judging by the pain in my should Too Long!! It is too the point where I have Constant Pain in my upper back/ shoulders and catch myself either slumped/curved or with my shoulders scrunched up to my ears... I have seen many older women with kyphosis and fear this in my future, so decided to look into posture correctors. After reading many reviews & deciding most people seemed to have good results & the price cant be beat, so decided this was the one. Wowza!! I used it about 20-30 the day before yesterday & already felt like tension was eased. This morning I woke up sore, but not the same constant aching pain, more of a work out kind of soreness. I used it times today about 20-30 minutes each time... feels like the weight of the world is off my shoulders, my shoulders dont feel like they are trying to pull up around my ears & the constant pain I was feeling kind of in my left shoulder blade area (this constant. aching, sometimes dull, sometime more intense pain has been present for YEARS) I dont feel it tonight!!! I cant wait to see how I feel in the morning & try using it for a bit longer! Also, it is very easy to put on, adjust and remove. Study velcro secures the straps in place & it comes with some extension pieces if you are larger and need them (I am a size 16-18 and did not need the extensions) If you want something to help pull your shoulders down/ back & remind you to sit up straight without slouching/ curving over, this little corrector may be just the thing!

> 3 dayI have not indicated a rating for the Schiara Posture Corrector for: paian relief, support, or comfort because I feel that the first two of those three categories arent germane. When I wear the device I do so as a way to remind myself to stand upright because the condition of my spine seems to be causing me to bend forward and my wife reminds me of this frequently. It is clear that anyone whose posture is poor will almost certainly pay for it in short order. I want to avoid this and purchased the protector for that reason. As far as comfort while using the protector is concerned I can say that the discomfort one can experience in the area of the armpits is mentioned by the supplier. The more upright one stands, the less discomfort one experiences. Which brings us back to the purpose of using the device. It is easy to put the protector on as well as to take it off. Just how long it will take for me to insure that I walk upright I cannot as yet say.

21-11-2024This is the second posture support I have purchased, both are the same style of posture support that you wear on the shoulders/back.. I keep one in the car for work or when walking, and one for home. I wear this in the morning for an hour, sometimes two. I might wear during the day when I can feel the slouch in my posture. This has helped my knees, back and neck. Understanding how the Velcro straps work best might take a couple wearings, but you can make this device comfortable to wear. I have owned this style of support for years. It does helped me. Im 58 tall and weigh 183 (ish) and 64 years old. I can make it fit me perfect!

> 3 dayIt is a strap that trains your upper back and shoulders to the correct posture. If you lean forward, the straps will Remind you hey, time to put your shoulders back up. They dig into your armpits though, so make sure you wear clothing. Its not some sort of magical device to reduce pain. The straps reek of chemical plastic though, even after one week. Some people will find the plastic/rubber smell nauseating. Works well, esp for an 18 dollar strap.

> 3 dayI got this for me, but my boyfriend wears it the most. He likes to wear it when he plays video games and it’s helped his posture improve to where his back doesn’t hurt as much anymore

> 3 dayThe product works in that it does help to correct your posture by bringing your shoulders back. However, the discomfort from wearing it for even short periods warrants my 3 star rating. I wore this brace on the outside of a shirt and it still rubbed my armpits raw from moving. I tried loosening the straps to see if I had it too tight but that did not seem to fix the discomfort.

> 3 dayIve been using this for several weeks now, and I am satisfied with my purchase. This is the first posture corrector I have tried, and it was easy to use right out of the bag. When I put it on, my back pain is instantly reduced as it pulls my shoulders backwards. Fixing your posture after spending years hunched over the computer isnt going to happen overnight, so I think its important to go in with reasonable expectations. I havent noticed a dramatic improvement in my posture when Im not wearing the corrector (probably because I still have to build the correct muscles to keep my shoulders from rolling forward), but Ive only been using it for the recommended 20 or so minutes per day. Its possible that wearing it more frequently or for longer periods might get you more dramatic results. I do get some chafing in the underarms if I wear it with a short-sleeved shirt, so I recommend wearing it over longer sleeves to make it more comfortable. I suspect you would get chafing no matter what brand of posture corrector you get because many have a similar design. The straps are padded, and that definitely helps. I wear a womens size ~4, and this fit me perfectly when everything was tightened to the smallest possible setting, but you if you have a small frame or narrow shoulders, you may want to choose a different style with more sizing options. Overall, this is a solid product, and I would recommend it.
