This is the second posture support I have purchased, both are the same style of posture support that you wear on the shoulders/back.. I keep one in the car for work or when walking, and one for home. I wear this in the morning for an hour, sometimes two. I might wear during the day when I can feel the slouch in my posture. This has helped my knees, back and neck. Understanding how the Velcro straps work best might take a couple wearings, but you can make this device comfortable to wear. I have owned this style of support for years. It does helped me. Im 58 tall and weigh 183 (ish) and 64 years old. I can make it fit me perfect!

Easy to use, immediate relief, straightened posture as soon as its on, but its very uncomfortable under the armpit area, even when loosened.

This is an excellent posture corrector and I’m very happy with my purchase. I sit at the computer all day for my job and I was starting to get back pain so I looked into one of these and ended up going with this one because it seemed like a great value! I was right! Wearing this thing, I no longer experience back pain while at my computer. My goal is to wear this daily so I can build up the core strength to finally sit right at my desk. I also want to say that the seller was very nice for sending a hand written note thanking me for my purchase. I thought it was a very nice gesture. I have a friend that was experiencing the same issues and I immediately linked them to this product. The seller seemed very appreciative of my business and these are the kinds of people we should be supporting these days. Not billionaires. I would definitely recommend this!

Tried it and feels uncomfortable. For me it doesn’t work

This posture corrector has been great at providing relief to my right shoulders and trapezius muscles. It’s been a couple months and the product is holding up well with my use of about 4-6 hours, 4 days a week. I definitely recommend it for the great support and quality!

Was provided as a gift to my sister who is undergoing physical therapy for shoulder rotator issue and posture has been impacting the discomfort. This posture corrector has provided comfort and relief and overtime the therapist said it will aid posture correction.

I have terrible posture and a very full chest. I work at a desk all day. This immediately relieved the ache in my upper back and improved my overall appearance by about 10 fold. I am really pleased even just for how much better I look let alone how much better it feels. I have it on pretty tight because I really want to get some progress and it is bothering me occasionally under my arms, however, you can avoid that by adjusting it more comfortably. I also have that gold bond friction defense that I am going to put on the little part of my arm to help since I am wearing it under my shirt. Its virtually unnoticeable under a shirt. If you have your hair down people definitely wont notice. If youre a sloucher - get this!

I purchased this posture corrector for a 74 year old family member who was having spasms in her neck and refused to take a muscle relaxer. Wearing this posture corrector has helped relieve the spasms and was found to be a proactive alternative, rather than taking a pill. Thank you for this natural alternative to improve posture. It is a strap that trains your upper back and shoulders to the correct posture. If you lean forward, the straps will Remind you hey, time to put your shoulders back up. They dig into your armpits though, so make sure you wear clothing. Its not some sort of magical device to reduce pain. The straps reek of chemical plastic though, even after one week. Some people will find the plastic/rubber smell nauseating. Works well, esp for an 18 dollar strap.

The brace works just as it should very sturdy and very well built. It helps alleviate the pain from sitting at a computer all day. Noticed relief after the first day. Would Highly Recommend !
