Greater than one weekReplaced the existing door handle and lock with this lockset. I have replaced numerous locksets managing a building, and this has been the easiest by far. The handle was solid material, and the screws lined up easily when assembling. For those of you that have replaced one of these before, getting the screws to line up can be a chore. This was actually simple to install. Would buy again and highly recommend.

> 3 dayBought a few of these for the French doors and closet doors. About half of them are wobbly, which is pretty annoying since they arent turning knobs. The other half are great.

> 3 dayThis was bought as a replacement for an entry door knob, for both front and garage doors. We bought this along with a schlage deadbolt and bought a 2nd set. We had them re-keyed locally at a locksmith store, so we would have a single key. We originally had bought a Kwikset brand knob with a similar design but the locksmith said that Kwikset was not as secure as Schlage. In all, were pleased with this purchase. Elegant design and my husband said it was easy to install. This lever style has helped a lot with my wrist pain since Ive had DeQurvains on both wrists. Definitely a lot more manageable to open than a round knob style. It used to take me several minutes just to turn the round knob, but this now takes me seconds. Just put the key in and push down on the lever.

Greater than one weekThese are very high quality locksets. I have five of them installed in my house, and the latest two went on my storage shed. The mechanisms work well, even when they get rained on then freeze. They are easy to re-key. I bought a re-keying kit, knowing that I would be installing a bunch of these. None of them have corroded or discolored in any way (the first 5 are two years old). They come with both rounded and square cornered strike plates. If I were to express any dissatisfaction, it would be that the screws that hold the latches in the door work loose with a lot of use. That happened on two of my doors. The solution was to remove the screws, apply a drop of BLUE (you could use purple) Loctite, and re-install the screws. DO NOT USE RED LOCTITE BECAUSE IT IS FOREVER, AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET THE SCREWS OUT IN THE FUTURE!

> 3 dayI was in the process of converting all of the fixtures in my condo from a brass finish to brushed nickel. I wanted to update to a modern look without going too soft nor too sharp on the edges. This family of handles provided the perfect balance of everything I was looking for! This was used for all of the interior doors in my place, the presentation was an ideal fit, and the handle holds sturdily. The finish of the handle keeps it from showing a lot scratches (particularly useful for high traffic doors) and the lever design makes it easy to use even when your hands are full. The handle can easily flip facing left or right depending on which way your door swings, and installation is literally done in less than 15 minutes! I installed the keyed version of this for the main entry door and could not be happier with how well the appearance of my entire place has transformed!

> 3 dayI rated this lever 4 stars only because I wanted to leave room for something better. Since I didnt buy/install other levers I cant make a general statement as to whether this lever is in the best category. I bought this lever because it seemed to provide good value compared to other levers and, after installing a whole house full, I still have that opinion. If you are considering this lever note that the handle is easily reversible and the same key that unlocks it is the key used to unlatch the handle so you can reverse it. This provides fewer parts and is good design practice. I was replacing existing round knobs and this lever fit in without any modifications to the existing holes or latch. I used the existing screws to attach the levers because the screws that came with the levers were slightly bigger and I didnt want to have problems with threading. I picked the bright brass to replace existing bright brass and it matches exactly. The quality of these levers seems reasonable for the price.

Greater than one weekThis is my second Schlage Camelot lock, and with good reason. I tried some other brands/models, but this is by far the best. It works well with Wink, and I can manage the codes using the Wink app. The batteries that came included were junk and only lasted 2 days. However, after swapping with a good set of name brand batteries, I was able to go several months without needing a replacement. My only complaint is that you can only set it to either 4 or 6 digit codes. You cant mix and match. Other brands let me use anywhere from 4 to 8 digits without restriction (though I couldnt manage them through Wink). I had a neighbor who said their lock was dusted for prints in an attempted break-in so it is recommended to go with 6 digits (720 possible combinations) over 4 digits (24 conbinations). I also use a different code than my wife, so between the two of use we have our prints on 8 different numbers.
