> 3 dayI loved these at first but not now. Couldnt get two of them to work previously but two did until last night. I turned one on in the morning but last night it would not respond. I have internet so it should connect. Still says unresponsive. Ugh

> 3 dayWhen I first received the 4 pack of smart plugs (outlets) 1 was broken. I dismissed it as I only needed 2. They stopped working in 6 months. I cant pair again, cant connect to Alexa, cant access my account. Totally pissed off after 3 weeks of trying. Other Sengled products are responding to wrong names. Nightmare. I have 9 plugs and a bulb adapter. Bulb responds to other names, 4 other plugs are working. All Sengled. All going into garbage. TOTALLY fed up.

Greater than one week1st what to do .i plugged one in and blew a fuse for bedroom bathroom and hallway. I also totally blew out my newest lame which had 2 lights. I called tech he graciously told me to check fuse box .i did but i only was able to fix the fuse when I took out the plug. After I got lights on I tried to simply plug my lamp in. It blew fuse again. I tried other outlet below that one. Again it blew out fuse. So I lost my special up light with spot light I use for cats litter box and tv. The other outlet on same wall I use for roku and boxes. These were used for them and only effected by fuse out. Final analysis I reread instructions. Only 3 steps. I think between 1 & 2 I needed to know clearly the reason to do them. I lost my new light and afraid to use this product as a lone widow.Kathryn Jacksonville Fl

> 3 dayI had a little trouble getting these to connect to Alexa at first and to stay connected. After a little bit of time and disconnecting and resetting one of them up again they worked well. I would purchase them again if needed.

> 3 dayAlexa only recognizes the plug as a switch. Deal breaker? No. But if its a plug and you want to control all the same devices, it does become messy.

> 3 dayWorked when I first plugged it in, then had to move rooms with it and it will never pair again. Tried on sengled app and alexa, just a paper weight now, so disappointing.

> 3 dayI read all the instructions and it seemed simple enough however the outlet would not connect to alexa. When I tried the Sengled app it seemed to require a hub which the advertising explicitly states it does not need. I tried multiple times and different plugs to see if that was the issue. Was a hassle and Ill have to return.

Greater than one weekhad some off-brand smart plugs but they kept going offline. These are great and work perfectly with my Amazon Echo/ Alexa. Highly recommend

> 3 dayGood price but a pain to figure out how to get them to work. I’ll stick with actual Amazon plugs from now on.
