> 3 dayDoes not work with Google. Also, is not wifi compatible, you have to use the Bluetooth app if you dont have an Alexa product.

> 3 dayPurchased a 4-pack 11 months ago. worked intermittently until a week ago. all stopped responding. previous trick of removing devices and re-adding did not help. Tried again. No luck. Pulled all of the plugs and decided to start over. Deleted devices and asked Alexa to discover devices. Surprise! All of the plugs showed back up despite not being plugged in. Tried for support from Alexa tech support. No help. Oh, tried all combos of app/phone/echo off as well. It did try to pair with my nearby echo after factory reset on plug but just showed the mac address for the plug and alexa stated not paired.

> 3 dayBecause these home automation devices require a cloud account to interact with them its like the manufacture shipped e-waste directly from the factory to my garbage can. And why wouldnt they demand that you create yet another account on yet another server under the guise of voluntary (its not) and the cloud (its not), even though the device(s) can run locally just fine without a cloud account on your local mobile device that knows what to do with Bluetooth? Why spend time and money engineering covert utilization data monitoring or back doors into your application or product only to be discovered by some pesky security researcher later. Better to just force the user to register the product in a cloud account somewhere so you can exfiltrate that user data the easy way using the cloud as a plausible excuse. 0 of 5 stars. WILL NOT recommend, and that is not to say CAN NOT or WOULD NOT or COULD NOT, but rather a long-considered, thought-out stance against lazy or sloppy programming or the outright desire to spy on users by forcing them into a cloud account in the application that controls these devices even though there is no demonstrable need for it. Save yourself the time and the money. Find something else that allows local control of your Bluetooth, Z-Wave, or Zigbee devices or something that will interoperate with Hubitat or other local command and control infrastructure.

> 3 dayEasy to use, but does NOT work with SmartThings. (I purchased in error, but did at least try these.). If you need ST, you want the other Sengled plugs.

> 3 dayI had purchased another brand of plugs that said they worked with Amazon Echos. I could not get them set up. Ordered these - and Wow! Plugged one in and said discover devices and within a minute or so, it was ready to go. I have actually set up two of the four that I ordered and both were super easy. Now, its only been two days so dont know how long they will last, but they are good for now. At least for now would definitely recommend these if you want fast setup. Oh, and when you are asked what brand of plug, just hit other.

> 3 dayOpened up the Alexa app and searched for devices and there they were ready to go. Super easy to deal with and much easier than using an app and linking to Alexa like many other brands.

Greater than one weekWhen Alexa scans for this plug, it finds it as a switch. Furthermore it will not function as a Bluetooth ONLY device. I bought it to reboot my modem from my phone when WiFi gets jiggie or simply needs it. NOT! The app for this plug/switch needs a major overhaul. Two for the price of one made them keepers once I figured out how the Sengled software doesnt work.

Greater than one week1st what to do .i plugged one in and blew a fuse for bedroom bathroom and hallway. I also totally blew out my newest lame which had 2 lights. I called tech he graciously told me to check fuse box .i did but i only was able to fix the fuse when I took out the plug. After I got lights on I tried to simply plug my lamp in. It blew fuse again. I tried other outlet below that one. Again it blew out fuse. So I lost my special up light with spot light I use for cats litter box and tv. The other outlet on same wall I use for roku and boxes. These were used for them and only effected by fuse out. Final analysis I reread instructions. Only 3 steps. I think between 1 & 2 I needed to know clearly the reason to do them. I lost my new light and afraid to use this product as a lone widow.Kathryn Jacksonville Fl
