Love but occasionally losses connection and have to unplug router and plug then plug back in to reset, grrr. Plug n’play otherwise!

I wanted to love these plugs, and for the first week, I did, but then something happened to Sengled and their entire system went down for hours. Since then, there has been nothing but issues. My formerly known as plugs are now showing as switches in my Alexa app and are not staying connected, which is also off because they have disappeared completely from my Sengled app and will not repair. In fact, they will not go back into pair mode at all. Like I said, I wanted to love them, but Sengled lost a customer here. I contacted them for help and they did not reply to my email. I got the generic, “we are busy; figure it out for yourself online,” type of response, so I packaged them up and sent them back today. I hope I have better luck going bank to the Amazon brand plugs.

Did not pair with Alexa after multiple tries. Only worked with the Bluetooth app and still didn’t fully connect.

I bought this set of 4 Sengled Smart Plug Bluetooth Meshs to add to my existing Sengled Smart Hub that is already integrated with my Alexa over wifi. Since I have a few dozen Sengled wifi bulbs and wifi-plugs, the smaller form-factor seemed more useful. However, after they arrived and I couldnt add them to the Sengled Hub nor to my Alexa running on wifi on my Facebook Portal, I learned that this product does not support connections to the Sengled hub, and because it is connected by Bluetooth, it is not supported with my Alexa on my Portal over wifi. This was a big disappointment, very frustrating and a huge waste of several hours of my time, and buyers beware of the limitation that they can only be used with an Alexa with Bluetooth like the Echo Dot. In my case, a mis-advertised product with very poor documentation and very poor support, and not recommended at all. Im returning mine.

It makes me sad turn on/off switch one and two. Used to be able to say light on or off, definitely unplugging them and chalking up as a bad experience.

these were the best to set up....it was working before I even thought it would....so much better then those cheap no name plugs love these...

Work wonderful for lamps Christmas lights and everything else.

Works as advertised but once you set it up with one cellphone you can’t detect it and connect with another.

Opened up the Alexa app and searched for devices and there they were ready to go. Super easy to deal with and much easier than using an app and linking to Alexa like many other brands.
