Greater than one weekEasy to use, but does NOT work with SmartThings. (I purchased in error, but did at least try these.). If you need ST, you want the other Sengled plugs.

> 3 dayI was looking for some smart plugs that DIDNT require a separate app. I got a four pack of these. Set up was quite fiddly actually - they didnt appear right away on the app without a scan. They connect over Bluetooth, and thats seems to be the root of the problem. I set up two of them, then within 30 minutes started getting Device Unresponsive messages. When a product has LITERALLY one job to do, and it cant do it, then its worthless. It may be because I have five Echo devices (two Shows and three Dots) in my house and it seems to get confused about which one to connect to. Maybe they work fine if you only have one. In any case, theyre going back to Amazon.

> 3 dayI purchased a set of 4 Sengled color bulbs and 4 smart plugs to use with Alexa. While set up was easy through Alexa, two days ago Alexa lost connectivity with all of these devices. No amount of resetting, deleting, re-installing, will work. No help online. The Sengled customer support website does not have info on the bluetooth devices. I have 2 Sengled *wifi* bulbs and those work okay. The bluetooth devices are going back to Amazon.

> 3 dayNo instructions in the package, BUT! if you go in the alexa app follow these steps Devices-add-add devices-other-discover devices-set up device-all set! And it works with 5ghz, all the smart plugs i found, esspecially the packs, only worked with 2.4ghz and xfinity is a pain to change it.

> 3 dayI’ve tried several other smart outlets that make you change your WiFi settings and just aren’t user friendly. But not these. Super easy to use

> 3 dayOpened up the Alexa app and searched for devices and there they were ready to go. Super easy to deal with and much easier than using an app and linking to Alexa like many other brands.

> 3 dayPoor Alexa integration. Box and advertisement state your echo can recognize these, but that’s only after using the manufacturer’s app and downloading the manufacturer’s skill to your echo. Couldn’t get them to pair, dealt with Amazon customer service- a whole hassle not worth it. Check the reviews for the app and the skill… you’re better off paying more for the Amazon brand that connect directly with your echo.

> 3 dayI wanted to love these plugs, and for the first week, I did, but then something happened to Sengled and their entire system went down for hours. Since then, there has been nothing but issues. My formerly known as plugs are now showing as switches in my Alexa app and are not staying connected, which is also off because they have disappeared completely from my Sengled app and will not repair. In fact, they will not go back into pair mode at all. Like I said, I wanted to love them, but Sengled lost a customer here. I contacted them for help and they did not reply to my email. I got the generic, “we are busy; figure it out for yourself online,” type of response, so I packaged them up and sent them back today. I hope I have better luck going bank to the Amazon brand plugs.

Greater than one weekBecause I had no issues with my Sengled Wifi Bulbs, I gave these a go. When I plugged them in and opened the Sengled Bluetooth app. I was able to find my device without issue but as soon as it was paired it immediately said not connected. Tried this process multiple times with multiple sengled plugs. Results were same.
