> 3 dayI have Sengled wifi bulbs and am very happy with them. I purposely searched out their WiFi plugs—disappointing that this eases a goofy Bluetooth Mesh connectivity that requires it to be close to an Alexa device. I thought I was getting WiFi. It was a pain to set up, even though it says easy connectivity. Not sure I’ll keep them as I can’t seem to control the one I finally did get set up. Sengled missed the boat on this one.

> 3 dayI’ve tried several other smart outlets that make you change your WiFi settings and just aren’t user friendly. But not these. Super easy to use

05-06-2025When I first received the 4 pack of smart plugs (outlets) 1 was broken. I dismissed it as I only needed 2. They stopped working in 6 months. I cant pair again, cant connect to Alexa, cant access my account. Totally pissed off after 3 weeks of trying. Other Sengled products are responding to wrong names. Nightmare. I have 9 plugs and a bulb adapter. Bulb responds to other names, 4 other plugs are working. All Sengled. All going into garbage. TOTALLY fed up.

Greater than one weekThe product description promised that one can set on/off hours via the Sengled App. I was able to install the switch but the app only give remote on/off option without any programming. Attempts to reach the Sengled support were fruitless. If all you want is manual remote control for on/off, this product will do. I am going to order someone that can be programmable and would actually deliver on its promise.

> 3 dayI now have the T-Mobile Home Internet. This is 5Ghz and my Echo Dot Alexa stopped recognizing my 2.4Ghz smart plugs. I ordered a Broadline 5Ghz plug from Amazon and had to send it back after trying a dozen times to get my Echo Dot Alexa to recognize it. I finally bought a Sengled Bluetooth Smart Plug Compatible with Alexa. Plugged it in, told Alexa to discover device. In about a minute later Alexa told me she found the device (called it a switch rather than a plug). Alexa then told me how to use it. After I plugged my lamp into the device and turned on the lamp, I told Alexa to turn off the switch. It turned off! I then told Alexa to turn on the switch. It turned on. I then changed the name to Plug via the Alexa app, to be the same as my deleted 2.4 plug. Remember, this Sengled device attaches to the Echo via Bluetooth, not the internet; so, you need to be within Bluetooth distance, less than 30 feet or so. Very cool, very easy to install and very highly rated by me!!

> 3 dayI bought this November 30th, installed dec 3, and everything connected fine with my Alexa for a while, was able to create routines for Xmas lights through the app, etc. HOWEVER overnight, these have mysteriously disconnected and refuse to connect to any device or app- Alexa, sengled home, sengled bluetooth. I’ve tried every method of reset (and I’m tech literate) and nothing has worked. It’s not an Alexa issue because my echo is connecting to my phone Bluetooth just fine. Reading the low reviews here shows it’s actually a common problem.

> 3 dayMy wifi goes down on a weekly basis and I only stream content. I can’t panned to put on of these on my surge protector, plug my modem’s power in and use my Sengled Home app to turn the power on/off to the modem power to reset my internet instead of going from bedroom to front of house where modem is to power cycle it. For some reason you can’t connect directly to the switch with your phones bluetooth capability. It must have a wifi signal, which defeats me owning this product. Connect to your laptop he via Bluetooth not wifi
