SENNHEISER HD 599 Open Back Headphone, Ivory

I use this product while playing keyboard at home. I have children and also sing sometimes, while playing, so I need something that would allow ambient noise through. After a fair bit research I landed on these, I’m so glad I did! Bonus: the comfort level is fantastic, I could wear these for hours and I love the style!

La relación calidad-precio no se si es la mejor al precio que suele estar, cuando yo los compré me costaron 100€ y de esa forma sí considero que el producto vale la pena. En cuanto a calidad de audio, pese a ser nuevo en esto de los auriculares de audiófilo, he de decir que es sublime, y además tan cómodos que los puedes escuchar sin problemas durante horas.

Super buena calidad de audio. Se escuchan bien en el celular pero los uso principalmente para un amplificador de guitarra. Son super cómodos. El único contra es que se calientan un poco los oídos pero no es excesivo.

A lot of effort put into making them look pretty whereas it should have been put into designing a more robust and wearable set of headphones. They have a very weak grip so that I felt that they were not secure on my head and were about to fall off. Like my previous Sennheiser headphones the padding on the headpiece was very thin and not very comfortable nor would it last very long. Sound quality indifferent and soft. Poor value for money. Sent them back.

the headphones were really comfortable on my head for a long time,covering all over the ears so not taking in any disturbances so I could enjoy my music. just one quibble I wasn,t keen on connection of headphones to CD player.

before it, I used Sennheiser HD 215 and Audio Technica ATH-m30x, and for sure HD 999 has much more interesting and detailed sound. And also very comfortable to wear the whole day.

I’ve owned a lot of overear headphones. both open and closed back. Personally I find these some of the best and my personal favourite at the price point.

I spent a few hours trying out over a dozen headphones in stores, mostly Best Buy and found this to be superior to any of the headphones I tried, including several that were over $350. Granted, most of those were wireless and had noise cancelation, both of which increase price and decrease sound quality, but I still feel like I got a great deal with this purchase.

at $290, ehhh, I feel like Id be disappointed and only give 4 stars.
