> 24 hourIm not much for writing reviews, but this one deserves it. Ive never had an autonomous vacuum cleaner so my review is solely based on a first time users experience. The vacuum integrated perfectly with my Google Home, although it does not seem to like cleaning rooms with custom names by voice. For example, if I say Hey Google, clean the cat room it doesnt seem to understand. But when I rename the room to one of its canned names then it does just fine. Hey Google, clean the laundry room was what I had to use. It mapped the house perfectly on its first run. I have a 2,000sqf 1 story house with multiple rooms. It took the better part of a whole day for the vacuum to map the whole house, but now I can send it to any specific room and it will drive right to it and clean it. After about 4 cleanings, we no longer have cat/dog hair buried in the carpet in our main bedroom. Now you would never know we have any animals at all by looking at our floors because this sucker cleans everything (we run it every other day through the whole house). As for the auto-emptying feature... It works flawlessly. The only issue is that it will not last anywhere close to 30 days unless you already keep your floors clean another way and dont have animals. With 2 people and 2 animals, we have to empty the vacuum base every 2-3 days but this is still way easier then having to keep up with emptying the vacuum itself. It takes all of about 30 seconds to empty the base and it never impedes with the vacuums ability to do its job. Overall, this vacuum has saved us so much time by eliminating our need to vacuum/sweep every day! Definitely a 5 star rating from us with a glowing recommendation. We bought it on cyber Monday so it was a great deal, but it would still be worth the full sticker price in my opinion.

> 24 hourI just checked and we bought this model 13 months ago now, so I thought I would share the good, the bad and the meh? For context we have a 1500 sq.ft. home with all solid surface floors. Good: We have a very heavy shedding dog (English Springer Spaniel) and this does a reasonable daily job of getting the hair. It is more convenient than having to hand vacuum every day. Bad: If that seems like a very brief good list , it reflects a growing disenchantment. The longer you live with this the less there is to love. First, it never really does learn your home as advertised. It is just as hard on furniture and walls today as when it first ran. We have started to ask ourselves if the repairs are worth it. Second, it is incredibly glitchy. Cannot seem to stick to an organized approach to its very basic job. It runs increasingly random patterns as opposed to the advertised logical grid. The map needs frequent deleting and relearning. It cannot even stick to a consistent schedule. Since there is no way to manually adjust the time for the unit, it should go by the time in the app. It does not. Online searching shows many other frustrated users but no solution. Which leads right into yet another disappointment; the woefully inadequate support you will suffer. As in worthless. It is also noisy. As bad as our regular vacuum. Speaking of which, hang on to your old one. You will need to use it frequently for all the places that this misses. By the time you tear it apart every week for deep cleaning, fiddle with the very awkward scheduling, try to adjust its power settings and repair damage to baseboards and furniture, you are left as we are, wondering exactly when we bite the bullet and toss this into the trash. In our case, I think the little monster is enjoying its last week. Overall I would not say that we got our moneys worth.

> 24 hourGood worker …we named our little helper, Vern, he has been a nice addition to the family and certainly listen fairly well. Our largest concern has been the mapping of the house, Vern gets confused too often based on what he is capable of. I clean out the filters at least weekly if not more often, we don’t have pets so must of the debris is general dust. The problem with the mapping seems that once I approve the map that does look correct and then I create and label rooms is when Vern looses his mind. Apparently he doesn’t like specific orders, just general orders:). I send Vern to clean the kitchen and he’s doing a completely different room. I send him to clean the entryway and he’s right on it. It’s very confusing how some rooms he understands and most he doesn’t. We did a factory reset on Vern which was concerning as the family had grown to appreciate his efforts and we were afraid maybe an alter ego would come out… safe to say, the new Vern seems to be on top of the mapping this time. We are hoping this will continue and we regret not purchasing and adopting Vern sooner in our lives. Well worth the purchase and I think with a few tweaks or firmware updates from Shark that Vern will move right up into a 5 star category.

> 24 hourI bought this vacuum 4 months ago and its been one of the best purchases Ive ever made. We now have 2 golden retrievers and sweeping/mopping/vacuuming twice a week wasnt touching our floors. There were hair bunnies in all the corners of the rooms. I run this vacuum daily, sometimes twice a day. Its the hardest working member of my household and has a place in my heart for all it does for me ;) Huge time saver. Worth every penny. This was my first robot vacuum. I loved it so much I bought an old used earlier Shark model off Facebook marketplace. Def not the same. This model is much better. Having the dock to empty to is a game changer for a big home and lots of dog hair. Otherwise, Id be babysitting it all day and might as well do the vacuuming myself. It took about 2 weeks to see a change in it becoming more efficient as it had mapped out the house more. I love it. Cant say enough good things. Ill never not have one anymore.

> 24 hourThis is perfect for me. I have three cats and have always had a hard time keeping up with the floors. Now they are always clean. I got the self empty because it was on sale and Im not someone who would be able to keep up with emptying the robot every day. The fact that I run it every day is an incentive for me to keep things off the floor which helps me feel less stressed. We do not have an open concept floor plan so I wanted a robot with mapping capabilities and it does a pretty good job of cleaning the whole lower level. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it skips one small area of our house (that it has mapped) and Im not sure why. I just get on the app though and tell it to specifically clean that area every few days. Ive gotten notifications that its stuck while at work and have been able to send it back to base from work and start the cleaning over. We have wood floors with two rugs, one medium height and the other is a shag rug. It does fine on the medium rug and the floor but it has struggled with the shag rug here and there. Like I said, still worth it. We didnt get the self cleaning brush and have had to stop it to clear a twist tie out of the brush but that isnt a problem because its easy to do and overall its still less work than sweeping the floors every day. The auto-empty is loud but on eco-mode the vacuum isnt. The cats are wary but not as scared of it as they are of the regular vacuum. If it is on sale again next year, I will get one for the upstairs.

> 24 hourPros: I have a shedding lab and the unit works great getting the hair off the hardwood floors. It rarely gets stuck under furniture or tangled in power cords. Gets dirt and hair out from under the smallest crevasses with its front sweeper brushes. Empties itself when complete. Cons: Its a little noisy when cleaning, especially when emptying itself into the main container. The mapping system is inaccurate at times with the machine hunting for the base station for several minutes. Ill send the machine to a single room to clean, but it seams to partially clean other areas as well. Doesnt get up the dog hair thats on the rug. I bust out the large upright vac for that. In all its really worth the price and the pros far outweigh the cons. Works much better than my first robot cleaner I bought in 2017. Its like day and night better! If the mapping worked better Id give it 5 stars.

> 24 hourI bought this about a week ago and it has not disappointed so far. I have a large ranch style home and 4 cats that are currently shedding for the summer months. This little vacuum has really helped keep the cat hair tumbleweeds away. I have it set to clean daily and do the charge and continue cleaning, so it will run throughout the day until it has cleaned the whole house. We have a sunken conversation room and it has not fallen off the step so far, it will go around it. It works great on carpet and tile floors. It cleans up after my kids very well. I’m very happy that I bought this so far and don’t know why I waited so long to get one.

> 24 hourI bought this at a Black Friday sale for about 300 dollars. I was skeptical about the abilities of such a small vacuum compared to the amount of hair German Shepherds leave laying on the floor at home. I have to admit, I was WRONG to judge. This thing is AWESOME!! It has cut my workload from 2 times a week vacuuming hair, to just spot cleaning the few clumps the vacuum couldnt reach. Im walking around in my socks on the bare floor, just to see how well its doing, and I cant see any dirt or hair on the bottom of my sock. And the BEST part is it finds its way back to the dock and EMPTIES itself, then gets back after it!!! I can even use my Google Home voice prompts to clean the floor and BOOM its off vacuuming... *Do not listen to the negative reviews. I am here to tell you, this thing is a WINNER!* Keep this in mind though..... Technology of any kind is never perfect. Do not go into this believing it will solve all of your floor cleaning problems because it wont. This is merely a tool to help make life a little easier, but it wont replace still needing to vacuum a few spots here and there. Whats important is that you FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS and set it up properly, then just let it clean as much of your house as often as possible. Over time, the device will map your house and have a better idea of the areas and directions it needs to go. You will start to notice it anticipate corners and lengths or hallways almost perfectly. Just be patient and let the device learn. AGAIN, THIS TAKES TIME!! It is not instant.
