> 3 dayIt works very well. Even with Cat and dog hair. I would recommend getting an extra battery. If your doing any kind of deep cleaning, you get about 45 minutes on a full charge.

> 3 dayI purchased this to clean the master bedroom floor as it is now luxury vinyl flooring and I have a dog that sheds. It works great for this area. I have not used it on carpeting. Be aware it does not include 2 items that are shown as included. The pet multi-tool and the flexible antibacterial duster are Not included. ALSO the beater bar is a combination of silicone strips and bristle strips. They alternate. I was sent a second unit after haggling with both amazon and shark regarding the missing parts (I only wanted the 2 parts but they couldnt just send those). The second unit was also missing those same 2 parts. Still, I am happy with the unit and its performance. Its easy to lay it flat and vacuum under furniture and the bed. Also easy to dump the canister into the trash. The upper unit stores on a special hook towards the bottom of the lower portion so that it will stand upright. See the manual. Very easy to swap out crevice tool/ duster etc. Parts click on and off.

> 3 dayI have tried so many vacuums looking for one that isnt too heavy, is cordless and most important will pick up dog and cat hair. FINALLY I found a winner. This isnt a big monster vac with huge suction. Its a cordless, easy to use, and not heavy vacuum, and it does a great job picking up hair and dirt. It works on bare floors, low carpet, rugs, etc. Its easy to empty and take apart. Its very light too! I use this daily. Its truly a lifesaver as the hair and dirt was making me crazy! The time per charge is more than sufficient for me. If you need a big deep cleaning carpet machine this probably isnt for you. But for everyday cleaning, its FABULOUS!

Greater than one weekGreat vacuum, but its missing 2 extensions listed on the product details; pet-tool and the anti-allergy tool. If they are able to fix this, its 5 stars

> 3 dayThe vacuum is very lightweight, so it’s easy to move around the house, and it holds a strong charge (about 45 minutes). The suction is good, though if it’s on the first setting (hard floor) it’s definitely not as strong and sometimes you have to push the turbo lever to get a bit more suction to get certain items off the floor-nothing I would knock the vacuum for. Overall a great product and would buy again!!

> 3 dayUPDATE: I had to purchase a new head because the wheels are not removable to fix. That issue is not part of a warranty, shocker. The vacuum is (yes, believe it or not) heavy because it only has 1 wheel that is functional. Fun stuff paying an additional $50 for a vacuum I only purchased in August of 2022. The product itself is fine, it is sucking up dust, hair, cordless and small head so fits under furniture is a real bonus. The runtime is beyond inaccurate. I purchased in August of 2022. The runtime is currently 15-20 minutes, FULLY charged. Nowhere near 50 minutes as advertised! I do have the booster on when using it. I do feel that is very misleading of a runtime and should more clearly state the differences of using the booster vs. non-booster battery life.

Greater than one weekUPDATE 5/22/22: Its almost 6 months later and I am still very happy with this purchase. Thought I killed it about a month ago by sucking up water (trying to clean, toddler running amok, was right by pet bowl). But I immediately turned it off, wiped out what I could, and left it sitting off and open for several days. It has not shown any issues thus far. (Certainly wouldnt recommend doing this, but just an observation). I still would recommend using this as mostly an alternative for sweeping. It does ok on our very small area rugs, but our traditional vacuum runs circles around this on our rugs in our downstairs family room as far as pet hair. I got this hand held vac to replace our dustmop for our plank vinyl floors. I have horrible allergies, but sweeping seems to aggravate them. That being said, I still put this vac to the test. We have central vac, and its a pain to haul that sucker out for area rugs. We have black utility rugs by our doors, and a white pit bull who loves rolling on them (get a pit bull my husband said, they hardly shed my husband said! Yeah right!). Plus its winter and the salt and debris makes them look awful. The right side in the photos was our central vac. Left side was the Shark handheld on carpet mode, no boost. Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised! Now, if you are 2000sq.ft. wall to wall carpet, do I think you are going to replace your current vacuum cleaner with this? No. However, as a replacement for a Swiffer sweeper/ broom, or short matt area rugs, this little guy does well.

> 3 dayThis is a great vacuum. We used my daughter in law’s when they were staying with us, and I had to get one when she moved. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is, like many others, the piece in the picture was not included.

> 3 dayI have had this vacuum for 2 years and I love it. I did run into an issue with the vacuum at one point but SHARK’s manufacturer warranty covers 5 years (I believe). They just sent me a new one. To put into perspective I have two huskies & a cat. During their shedding period the light on the vacuum is a game changer at finding all the loose fur. The vacuum does an amazing job at picking up dirt, dander, and really keeps your floors clean. Battery life is pretty good also. With a full charge I can get the entire house vacuumed. I would say a 30-40 min charge. The attachments are great for cleaning couches also. The vacuum itself is easy to clean and is worth the investment.

> 3 dayYou will need to order an extra battery if you use to vacuum entire house.
