> 3 dayI have always wanted this tool. I love the portability of it and the accessories. The suction is great, it is easy to take apart, to assemble, easy to empty, I love the it goes flat to clean under low surfaces! I love that is is cordless makes it easy to travel around to different areas for cleaning fast! I use it on hard floors and my carpet surfaces as well. Downside… the canister is not very big, so you have to empty it often. The filter on the inside of the canister is small and once it is covered with dust the suction is diminished. . The hole in the bottom is small where the dirt and trash goes up into the vacuum, if you suck anything up there and it is too big and it gets stuck, you will have to take it all apart to get it out. I sucked up broken paper clip and it Clogged up the vacuum. Another thing is the battery life does not last very long you can probably vaccuum two regular size rooms then you will have to recharge it.

> 3 dayThis is an okay vacuum. Its a little bulky and difficult to maneuver around furniture. It also puts off a weird smell, which I figured would go away but months later, its still there. The battery life isnt that impressive and it takes a little while to charge. The bottom roller piece constantly gets stuck in an upward position, making me stop to push it back down and thats probably the most annoying part. I do like how efficient the vacuum is, and that hair doesnt get wrapped around the roller. It does suck up a lot of dirt, especially on carpets.

> 3 dayThis is light weight, lasts a decent amount of time between charging and is great for spot cleaning the floors, both carpet and hard settings. If you have a lot of pets, you will have to empty the container more often, but it keeps the house looking clean.

> 3 dayPros- slim design, simplistic, and liked the straight forward sticker labels. My hair broke our last vacuum and so far the design is living up to the name. NO HAIR has been found wrapped around the roller. Funny enough it’s made into ringlets in the collection bin. Cons-instead of using foot to detach to make a wand, you have to bend down pretty low and hit a button. You have to hit a button to detach the top of the vacuum. Then, latch the top half onto the bottom half for putting it away. I just think if you have trouble bending and poor eyesight, maybe not the vacuum for you. Note- charge battery before first use. It’s in the instructions….

> 3 dayOne of the reasons I bought it was for the pet / allergen dusting brush that is in the description and shown in the pictures. It arrived without it. I Called the manufacturer and they said it does not come with it but I can order it from them for another $30 but it is backordered a month or so. I ordered one on Amazon - that description said it would definitely fit my model but of course it does not. I will keep the vacuum because I like the way you can just grab it and do a room really quick. I just think it is deceptive on either Amazons part or the manufacturers - whoever supplies the information for the posting. It is still showing that the dustind brush is included.

> 3 dayI have been a vacuum connoisseur since I was a teenager - my Mom kept a clean house and I inherited her enjoyment of a clean house. Vacuuming is my favorite house chore - it actually relaxes me, so I always enjoy having a great vacuum that is easy to use. Right now, we have four doggos - Husky/GSD/Malamute mix, Husky/GSD/Dingo mix, GSD/Cattledog mix, and a purebred Carolina Dog (American Dingo). As you can imagine - we have a LOT of fur around here. My dogs literally shed twice a year - six months in the spring and six months in the fall. :) I vacuum the entire house at least once a day and sometimes twice. Ive had several cordless vacs - two from Dyson, one from Bissell, and two from Shark. The Dysons were dismal at picking up fur, and the Bissell was worse. And dont even get me started on the robot vacuums - we have had four (Roombas, Bobi, and Eufy) - completely ineffective and a waste of money. I got my first Shark Rocket Pet Pro vacuum in 2017, and I cant say enough about it! I have vacuumed up tons of fur with it, and it has always had great suction, great power, and its easy to keep it clean. I just replace the filters on it every month or two, and thats all the maintenance it needs. That poor vacuum died last week (through no fault of its own). I spent three days researching cordless vacuums, and kept coming back to the Shark Rocket Pet Pro. I bought a second to replace the first, and am still in love with this vacuum. Bonus: The new one that I bought has the upgraded handle with the hook for the motor, so it can stand on its own and be easily stored. The ONLY issue I have with this vacuum (and its not a huge problem): The self-cleaning brushroll is AMAZING! But - I have to stop once in a while and pull a ball of white Husky fur out of the floor attachment - the hole behind the brushroll that takes the debris up the long rod to the dustcup gets clogged (I tried to show a picture of it). When this gets blocked, the vacuum wont pick anything up. Again, not a deal breaker, especially with the self-cleaning brushroll, but it is the one less-than-perfect aspect of this unit. And Im probably the only one in the world with this issue, because I have my beautiful fur-factory doggos running around here. :) Overall, I adore this cordless vac and will recommend it to everyone!

> 3 dayI like that this is a lightweight vacuum and the suction power is pretty strong for a cordless cleaner. I have the 50 min run time battery and runs true to timing. It picks up hair and dog hair with no problem and has never clogged. It grabs up fine silt like dirt and dust with no issues. I can easily clean my stairs and go from carpet to hardwood floor with a flip of a switch. It has very thick, washable (with water ONLY) filters that traps alot of fly away dust and pollen. If there was anything I would change, its the size of the dust container. Im dumping it several times during cleaning...so that alone shows how much this Shark vac is actually picking up! My home seems fresh and clean when Im finished and getting under the beds and couches is a breeze.

17-11-2024Overall, pleased with performance. Its louder than I expected. Works best on turbo. Battery life is sufficient to spend 30 minutes/day cleaning. We have 2 heavy shedding dogs and a cat. This works well on both the hardwoods and the carpet. WARNING: Even though the manual says you can rinse the dust cup, AND the Shark YouTube channel has a video showing you how to rinse it, dont do it! If you read the comments on the video, several users complain about water trapped between sections of the dust cup. If you call Shark they will tell you to only use a damp washcloth to clean out the dust cup. I unfortunately rinsed before seeing the comments and am hoping it will dry out so I dont have to buy a new dust cup.

> 3 dayHave only had this for a day now but we’ve got lots of hair from two dogs so here’s the good and the bad! Pros: powerful suction, headlights makes it easier to see hair and dander, attachments are easy to switch out, light and easy to use/store away, glides around and under hard to reach areas. Cons: no place to store separate attachments, battery life isn’t very long and takes a while to get to a full charge.

> 3 dayThis was the most expensive vacume Ive ever bought but I do not regret it at all. We got it for our camper trailer which has heavy carpet except for a small strip for the wood flooring in the kitchen and linoleum at the door and bathroom and this Shark doesnt care and it sucks up all the cat litter and the dry food they spill with great ease. The fact that it can be a handvac is a huge bonus as well. Very very easily take it outside and vacuum your cars or trucks. We havent used it for a long enough time to see if Sharks claim of the battery lasting 40 minutes per charge. (Complete) This is also the most smallest vacuum that fits with ease into our camper closet. Oh another expensive bonus is they have oodles of attachments you can buy for dang near anything you might to try to vacuum. Big thumbs up and depending how long it lasts, if a long time then I would buy another Shark without question.
