Have only had this for a day now but we’ve got lots of hair from two dogs so here’s the good and the bad! Pros: powerful suction, headlights makes it easier to see hair and dander, attachments are easy to switch out, light and easy to use/store away, glides around and under hard to reach areas. Cons: no place to store separate attachments, battery life isn’t very long and takes a while to get to a full charge.

I had high hopes for this vacuum. Shark is my go to brand for vacuums. This holds a charge to vacuum the whole house, which isn’t huge. At first the auction power was great. After a month or so, it is merely average. We have two furry dogs and although it does pick up the dog hair, it doesn’t always suck it into the canister. It gets caught at the vacuum head hole to the stick. Also the stick doesn’t stay tight fitting. It becomes loose. If I want a quick way to vacuum in a pinch I use this. If I want to be certain I have vacuumed the floors thoroughly, I use my real vacuum.

I love the vacuum, but two of the attachements were missing, and one of the ones I received is not listed as included.

I like that this is a lightweight vacuum and the suction power is pretty strong for a cordless cleaner. I have the 50 min run time battery and runs true to timing. It picks up hair and dog hair with no problem and has never clogged. It grabs up fine silt like dirt and dust with no issues. I can easily clean my stairs and go from carpet to hardwood floor with a flip of a switch. It has very thick, washable (with water ONLY) filters that traps alot of fly away dust and pollen. If there was anything I would change, its the size of the dust container. Im dumping it several times during cleaning...so that alone shows how much this Shark vac is actually picking up! My home seems fresh and clean when Im finished and getting under the beds and couches is a breeze.

I’ve only had this vacuum since last week so hopefully nothing goes wrong after posting this review, but so far I’m extremely pleased and happy with it. I had to return a different brand one because it quit working after a couple weeks and was on the lookout for a good quality one that didn’t cost an arm and a leg like some do. When I saw this one on sale, I decided to try it out. It really is great. The suction is awesome, the battery lasts long enough to do my entire 1,500 sq. foot house without even dying after I’m finished. I love that it has so many attachment pieces with it. Something I really wanted in a cordless vacuum was something strong enough to pick up dog food pieces and this does it with ease. I use it on both my wood flooring and my carpet. It works well with each and has different power settings on it. Heads up, it doesn’t come with a mount or stand. It says there’s a way to hang the head of it I think, but haven’t been able to figure it out yet. I just prop it against the trim of my wall because it won’t stay upright on its own. This is the least of my worries because it works so good. One other thing is if it starts to spit back out everything and not pick it up, make sure to remember to unscrew the piece on the very bottom of the vacuum head because it will get clogged and stop sucking up. I learned about this with my large corded Shark vacuum. Hope this helps anyone trying to decide!

6 months ago I was looking for a cordless vacuum that could tackle all the shedding my dog, longhair cat and my boyfriend and I have and this has worked great! Its got really good suction and decent battery life too. It’s crazy how much it picks up even when you think your floors are clean. It has gotten clogged a couple times but thats mostly due from me trynna vaccumm up something I shouldn’t have. My only complaint is it states it comes with 4 attatchments yet I only received two.

Need to empty it after each use or you wont have great results

I wanted this to be a 5 star product. I have a corded shark and was very impressed, so I tried this cordless one and just wish they did a few things differently. It should come with a docking station (like the dysons do). One of the best features about the dysons is that you can mount a docking station on the wall and then just hang it up when not using. This stores the vacuum and charges it at the same time. This would have been a nice feature. Also it doesn’t stand up when you lean it against a wall or something. It slides down and falls to the floor. So you basically have to lay it on the floor or set it on a chair or table. My biggest complaint is that you have to disconnect the suction tube to empty the dust bin. This is so annoying. If you want to dump all the dust and dirt out, you have to take the suction tube off the device to open the lid and dump it. It doesn’t take very long to do this but it’s like “why do I have to do this?” It would be so easy to allow the dust catcher lid to be opened with everything still attached

Liked the cordless feature. Liked the HEPA feature. Liked the 40 minutes clean time feature. Do not like the noise. Do not like the cheap feel of the plastics. Does not feel substantial. Am wondering how long it will last. Priced too high for its flimsiness. Suction is ok. Does trap lots of small particles, but roller and bin area become cloudy. Can wash out the bin area, but roller window stays dusty looking. Cant get to alot of areas to clean. The front window (even after removing the underneath cover) stays a dusty looking mess. Dog hair and fuzz wraps around the small rubber wheels and cannot be removed because there is no access. Needle nose pliers didnt help either with the wrapped hair.. The beater bar was not wrapped with hair, but if the wheels become stuck in place, the ease of pushing or pulling the unit will be dimished. Overall, the bad outweighs the good features. All areas need to be serviceable and cleanable to keep at optimum efficiency. Good job on washability of catch container and filters, but overall machine not so much. Beef up plastics for durability. Otherwise handle with care and never let it drop!

I purchased this to clean the master bedroom floor as it is now luxury vinyl flooring and I have a dog that sheds. It works great for this area. I have not used it on carpeting. Be aware it does not include 2 items that are shown as included. The pet multi-tool and the flexible antibacterial duster are Not included. ALSO the beater bar is a combination of silicone strips and bristle strips. They alternate. I was sent a second unit after haggling with both amazon and shark regarding the missing parts (I only wanted the 2 parts but they couldnt just send those). The second unit was also missing those same 2 parts. Still, I am happy with the unit and its performance. Its easy to lay it flat and vacuum under furniture and the bed. Also easy to dump the canister into the trash. The upper unit stores on a special hook towards the bottom of the lower portion so that it will stand upright. See the manual. Very easy to swap out crevice tool/ duster etc. Parts click on and off.
