> 3 dayWOW!!!! I bought this after my Hoover stick vacuum (R.I.P) died after years of good service but this Shark is the BEST! It picks up the dirt, fur, feathers, hair, whatever and even works great on carpets. It can go under couches, chairs, tables, in corners just about anywhere. Then you just pop off the top off it and its a hand held vac. It runs off a single charge long enough for me to get my whole house done (2700 sq. ft.) and the beauty is that Im not dragging a cord along with me. I love it, so much so that I bought one for my son and his wife. Highly recommend this vac.

> 3 dayIt works wonderfully both suction power and the added turbo switch helps out a lot . If you have dogs or cats this is the vacuum for you it picks up hair from all corners of the house great product thinking of buying another for the lake house.

> 3 dayVery disappointed— it will not even pick up dog hair from oriental carpets. It tends to clogge … would not recommend. I use it as a back up to clean corners and edges — but if you buy this as your main vacuum you are going to be disappointed.

> 3 dayFor a bagless stick vac, this will do what 95% of the people want. I cant speak to the battery life. It runs easily for 20 mins though. Weve never run it longer than that. It picks up most things going forward, but pulling backward just sweeps things back so it doesnt suck things up in both directions. It also has a tendency to get clogged with hair and dust. However, its an easy machine to unclog as the pieces snap apart and back together very easily. For the amount you save vs a Dyson or other higher priced stick vacs, its still a good vacuum and wed buy it again.

> 3 dayAs a former Dyson owner we felt the need to try Shark because so many speak very highly. This model feels heavier than our Dyson V7 Animal, we did feel like it glides better on the carpet tho. I dislike the slide button to switch from bare floor to carpet, can’t do it all with one hand. Seems to hold a charge very well, but only two weeks in. Definitely lasts longer than our Dyson. My husband prefers the way you empty the Dyson dirt canister but I admit neither is ideal. Overall we gave it 4 stars, it does what it’s intended for, and the price is not as hard on the wallet as a Dyson.

> 3 dayThis vacuum is good for vacuuming bare floors like linoleum and standard carpet. This vacuum is not good for shag or high carpet though. If you are looking for a vacuum that’s easy to use and easy to store then this vacuum is great. If you are looking for one vacuum that does it all then this vacuum is not for you. This vacuum has helped me stay on top of my chores. Before vacuuming was exhausting. Had to lug the giant thing out, mess with cords, stop and adjust the knob often, and couldn’t vacuum bare floors. But this new vacuum I can pop it out of the closet vacuum my bathroom, kitchen, and dining room in a couple minutes before I shower. The only thing that has got caught in the vacuum is when I’ve accidentally ran over bobby-pins. Hair has not got stuck at all. This vacuum moves easy so you can get under and between chairs easy. It has a light so you can see the floor. The attachments come off easily with a button. Easy to clean out. The battery dosent die absurdly fast and it has lights to show you how charged it is. Comes with a few attachments but you can get additional attachments or batteries or replacements on shark.com.

> 3 dayLiked the cordless feature. Liked the HEPA feature. Liked the 40 minutes clean time feature. Do not like the noise. Do not like the cheap feel of the plastics. Does not feel substantial. Am wondering how long it will last. Priced too high for its flimsiness. Suction is ok. Does trap lots of small particles, but roller and bin area become cloudy. Can wash out the bin area, but roller window stays dusty looking. Cant get to alot of areas to clean. The front window (even after removing the underneath cover) stays a dusty looking mess. Dog hair and fuzz wraps around the small rubber wheels and cannot be removed because there is no access. Needle nose pliers didnt help either with the wrapped hair.. The beater bar was not wrapped with hair, but if the wheels become stuck in place, the ease of pushing or pulling the unit will be dimished. Overall, the bad outweighs the good features. All areas need to be serviceable and cleanable to keep at optimum efficiency. Good job on washability of catch container and filters, but overall machine not so much. Beef up plastics for durability. Otherwise handle with care and never let it drop!

> 3 dayNice vacuum for quick cleaning small areas. Super handy when needing to reach to ceiling corners and narrow areas. Suction could be better, but it does fine as is.

> 3 dayPros- slim design, simplistic, and liked the straight forward sticker labels. My hair broke our last vacuum and so far the design is living up to the name. NO HAIR has been found wrapped around the roller. Funny enough it’s made into ringlets in the collection bin. Cons-instead of using foot to detach to make a wand, you have to bend down pretty low and hit a button. You have to hit a button to detach the top of the vacuum. Then, latch the top half onto the bottom half for putting it away. I just think if you have trouble bending and poor eyesight, maybe not the vacuum for you. Note- charge battery before first use. It’s in the instructions….

> 3 dayI have tried many stick vac’s and if you have pet’s, this is the BEST! Easy to use and is light weight!
