> 24 hourI bought this after owning the Dyson yellow ball for 10 years. I was very happy with the Dyson, but I had heard a lot of great things about Shark. This vacuum picks up everything! My area rugs look new again. The cord on this model is long enough to cover my living area without moving to a different plug. Its also easy to maneuver. We have 2 dogs. There was always a doggy smell after we ran the Dyson. Not so with this one. It really is great.

> 24 hourThis guy Ernest took really good care of a shipping issue at great expense to himself. I bought this vacuum for myself months ago and loved it. So I bought it for a friend as a wedding gift. Amazon is having problems with address software it seems and long story short it got sent to me twice instead of them. He sent them one really quickly and I’m very impressed with his response time. I’m not impressed with the checkout software At All, however. The vacuum is an absolute beast in the power department. It is quite heavy, but once you get the hang of it, it is very maneuverable.

> 24 hourI was surprised, that the suction was strong enough to have picked up a sample eye drop bottle, the lid, and other general dirt. It was something my husband accidentally vacuumed up and I did not know it. When I needed to use it today, it worked for a few minutes and then overheated (imagine that). After chatting with the help on Amazon and looking at the book provided, I went back to the vacuum and found the port at the end of the hose. I could visibly see the blue bottle, and then knew why the machine was unhappy. I popped open the port, pulled out the lid, the bottle and built up dirt and was surprised it even worked for 10 minutes with that. Surprise... it is back to working like new! I can recommend this unit, we have 4 dogs, lots of debris from the outdoors, and some hair along with lots of dust. It is working fine and is easy to deal with small issues like clogged hose, things around the roller, and cleaning the filters.

> 24 hourWorks well keeping the rug free of dirt and dog fur. Somewhat heavy I would not recommend for seniors

> 24 hourThe suction is superior. Easy to use and light enough. A little harder to push than others but not drastic and dust bin is smaller but the performance outweighs those two things.

> 24 hourTHIS IS THE BEST PURCHASE I MADE IN 2020! The power on this baby is amazing! And the Lift-Away feature is my absolute favorite! This has made my life so much easier! Not only is it faster/easier to vacuum my stairs, and couches, but the Shark picks up soooooo much more dirt and hair than any vacuum Ive owned! I only have 2 complaints about this vacuum. (Theyre not so important to me, but they may be deciding factors for others) 1. Its HEAVY! This bad boy packs some weight. Although it moves easily and smoothly, holding it up can be a challenge. To add to this its on the tall side. So a short 52 lady like myself has to hold it lower, where Im supporting more of its weight. 2. The uncloggable brush roll is fake news. I have a long haired dog, a long haired cat, and a long haired self. I have to clean out the brush roll every 4th use or so. Ill admit, I also dont vacuum as often as Im supposed to.. HOWEVER! The brush roll is SO EASY to get to and SO EASY to clean! I highly recommend this vacuum to everyone!

> 24 hourGot this today, was a breeze to assemble and get going. Picks up a lot of dirt and hair quickly, I like the no tangle bush as we have a longer hair dog, and my wife and daughter both have long hair which used to have to be cut from the beater bar of our old vac on a regular basis. This one has 3 filters so good for allergies, and the dual brushes which did very well on carpet and hardwood, getting a lot of the dust on the wood floor the old one couldnt get. Only a few things to note, the bin is a bit small and had to be dumped a lot because of pet hair, 3 times on our main living room. It is not the lightest vacuum but about the same as our old one. I wish it came with a cleaning brush head (separate order...) and had room on board for all the attachments instead of just 2. The head is low profile and fits places our old one would not, and it turns very well. Will see how well it holds up as the Dyson 07 it is replacing lasted us for 20 years and did a good job consistently. Just didnt want to pay top dollar for a Dyson again. 3 months later and the vacuum is still doing a great job. We have not had any problems with hair wrap on the brush bar with our golden retrievers fur. Still have to dump the bin a lot with pet fur. Still miss that there was no standard brush attachment, but came with basically two upholstery brushes one powered, one not. About to order the standard long bristle cleaning brush so I can clean the air return and vents, be nice if the sizes were standard so I could just use the old ones from other vacuums. Another quick update, trying to find accessories like the dusting brush has been difficult. Shark does not carry one on their website, even though the owners manual says they do, and cant or wont tell you the dimensions needed. Ordering one from Amazon, let you know if it fits in a later update.

> 24 hourAfter I tried a shark product that I bought from Kohls. This was my second and I got a third VacMop. So I am retiring my older brand (Hoover) and becoming Sharker! The Good: (1) powerful suction, (3) ease of use for stairs, (3) light weight and (4) functional. Not related to this particular product but I wonder if a credit for my VacMop could be provided which stopped working due to plastic part holding a piece to the hose got broken!

> 24 hourWhen my less powerful but more streamlined Shark died I decided to upgrade to this beast. I did more research than I care to admit, and it was with a little trepidation that I chose another Shark. I thought my other vacuum was up to the job, but it really wasnt. It had to handle pet hair, cat litter, antique wood floors and carpeting, and suck up little pieces of Mother Nature that blow in when you live in the woods. I also wanted to easily be able to do steps, vacuum pet hair off furniture, etc. I wanted a work horse. This baby does not disappoint. It has a heft to it that may take a little getting use to, but it is a beast in the cleaning department. Most of the accessories reside on the machine itself, and the wand easily comes away from the base so you can attach one of the tools which travel along with you. It also has a HEPA filter and is bagless. I highly recommend.
