I had to replace my Dyson vacuum so I decided to give this a try, so glad I did. I like this much better.

Purchased this to replace our 8 year old Shark Navigator lift away. This thing died from the board overheating in 5 months. Tried calling Shark, the automated system didnt even offer an option for vacuums. Took it to the local repair and was boxes of Shark vacuums that had done the same thing. They also told us that Shark doesnt stand behind their product & it takes forever to get parts. Our old Shark was bullet proof. This one is not. Shark customer service doesnt exist. We use our vacuum 2-3 times weekly on a 2700 sq ft house. A $300 vacuum cleaner should last longer than 5 months. Dont buy.

Vacuum has amazing suction and works very well but is very awkward. I am a grown 200 pound man and its a little dificult manuvering for me so if you are a female or older person i would say this is definetly not the vacuum for you. All in all i do like it though.

This thing really sucks! Even though I thought you could use the floor attachment when you lift the power section off ( you cant) it is really a powerful vacuum! Not the one I wanted but I thought I would give it a try. I have 4 dogs and lots of fir. This thing is amazing! VERY STRONG SUCTION!

I like this product and it does what it says it will. The problem I have been having is it clogs up all the time. Trying to unclog the hose took 45 mins. I use it for work and it gets used often so it gets used more than a home one would. The head also needs to be cleaned pretty often. The positives about it is that the suction is great, the lift away feature is nice for stairs, and it comes apart to clean.

I just got the vacuum today. It was easy to put together but I have not yet found where ALL the attachments go. I see a space for two of the three but then was left standing there holding the little attachment and looking all around for the space it goes in and ended up just leaving it lay on the table. For comparison, I have a 7 year old Dyson DC40. The PROS - This vacuum has great suction. - The cord is 30 feet long - 5 feet longer than my old vacuum which makes a big difference, believe it or not. - I love the light on the floor piece. It makes it so much easier to see. - It is much quieter than the old Dyson. The CONS - This is a heavy vacuum, almost 18 pounds, which doesnt seem like a lot, but it is when you have arthritis. - Its bulky! And thick - meaning the edges of the vacuum dont fit under the sofa like the old Dyson. - It can be self propelled on carpet, but it doesnt turn as smoothly or easily as my old Dyson. - It has two (2) filters you have to change out and they are not cheap. - The attachments fall off all the time or get pulled off by the cord. All in all, I am pleased with it so far. I vacuumed the whole house and then vacuumed it again because I was so grossed out by how much stuff the Shark picked up. However, I still havent figured out where the other attachment goes. Ive read the manual cover to cover and stared at the dang machine for 20 minutes. Its probably very obvious and right in front of my face, but Im just not seeing it.

Wow is all I can say. This vacuum is the very best I have ever owned. I have 2 dogs and a lady with long hair that is everywhere. Vacuumed the entire house and not one hair was wrapped around the roller. And man does it pick everything up. Love the adjustable suction can even vacuum throw rugs without them being sucked up into vacuum. It is absolutely fantastic on carpet and hardwood floors. This was the best decision I ever made. Highly recommend for anyone for all type of cleansing. Very easy to use on stairs.. Super great product Shark.

I dont normally leave reviews, but I just used this vacuum for the first time and I LOVE IT! I have 4 adopted dogs and 1 foster dog currently, so needless to say dog hair is a major issue in my house. I have hardwood floors and area rugs and it cleans both beautifully. Its easy to maneuver around and under furniture. I used it on the furniture too and it did a great job getting the hair! Ive gone through several vacuums over the years and broken a few with what I require from a vacuum. I dont know how this baby will hold up long term, but right now Im definitely in love!!!!!!

3 dogs create alot of hair and dirt in a primarly carpet house. Ive had several vacuums in the last couple years that I thought did well, until I bought this vacuum. This vacuum is incredible. I used to vacuum and then carpet scrub and still get alot of hair out with the scrubber, now there is hardly any hair and the water seems cleaner to my eye. The amount of hair and dirt the shark picks up is disgustingly awesome. I would highly recommend this vacuum to anyone struggling with pet hair and dirt.

Great suction, the soft roller is great for my bare floors. Love the anti hair wrap brushroll. I took a chance and bought a refurbished unit - very pleased with it! Thanks, Good as New Electronics!
