> 3 dayGot this today, was a breeze to assemble and get going. Picks up a lot of dirt and hair quickly, I like the no tangle bush as we have a longer hair dog, and my wife and daughter both have long hair which used to have to be cut from the beater bar of our old vac on a regular basis. This one has 3 filters so good for allergies, and the dual brushes which did very well on carpet and hardwood, getting a lot of the dust on the wood floor the old one couldnt get. Only a few things to note, the bin is a bit small and had to be dumped a lot because of pet hair, 3 times on our main living room. It is not the lightest vacuum but about the same as our old one. I wish it came with a cleaning brush head (separate order...) and had room on board for all the attachments instead of just 2. The head is low profile and fits places our old one would not, and it turns very well. Will see how well it holds up as the Dyson 07 it is replacing lasted us for 20 years and did a good job consistently. Just didnt want to pay top dollar for a Dyson again. 3 months later and the vacuum is still doing a great job. We have not had any problems with hair wrap on the brush bar with our golden retrievers fur. Still have to dump the bin a lot with pet fur. Still miss that there was no standard brush attachment, but came with basically two upholstery brushes one powered, one not. About to order the standard long bristle cleaning brush so I can clean the air return and vents, be nice if the sizes were standard so I could just use the old ones from other vacuums. Another quick update, trying to find accessories like the dusting brush has been difficult. Shark does not carry one on their website, even though the owners manual says they do, and cant or wont tell you the dimensions needed. Ordering one from Amazon, let you know if it fits in a later update.

23-11-2024I do have to say this has suction power but that’s all I was impressed with. This shark is bulky and a little on the heavy side. I am returning this product. I vacuum twice a day due to dog hair. This vacuum does not fit under my couches and beds and therefore you have to move furniture. Also, it states no hair wrapping on roller. With three long haired females in the home this proved false on day one. The roller brush does not come out for cleaning and making it difficult to remove the long hair.

> 3 dayThe suction is superior. Easy to use and light enough. A little harder to push than others but not drastic and dust bin is smaller but the performance outweighs those two things.

> 3 day3 dogs create alot of hair and dirt in a primarly carpet house. Ive had several vacuums in the last couple years that I thought did well, until I bought this vacuum. This vacuum is incredible. I used to vacuum and then carpet scrub and still get alot of hair out with the scrubber, now there is hardly any hair and the water seems cleaner to my eye. The amount of hair and dirt the shark picks up is disgustingly awesome. I would highly recommend this vacuum to anyone struggling with pet hair and dirt.

> 3 dayI was very excited to upgrade to a this ZU782 Shark. That has been short lived and I am hoping I get used to it and it gets better. Right of the bat, it is heavier than my previous vacuum and much harder to maneuver. I have hit baseboards more than once. It suctions really well and that is the only thing I am finding super positive. Very disappointed in the attachments and there are no others to buy. My old one had a brush type attachment that allowed me to suction the top of the baseboards and such while kind of scrubbing the dirt up to be suctioned. None of the attachments allow that. It comes with 3 attachments but there are only places for two of them on your vacuum. Also using the attachments is awkward. It isnt just attaching to the hose, you have to remove the top half that is like a miniature vacuum and it doesnt allow you to get into tight spaces under furniture. Using a hose was much better but not possible with this model. All in all, I wish I had bought something different.

> 3 dayI never thought that I would enjoy vacuuming but I have to admit that I love my Shark DuoClean Pro. When we moved into a very large (nearly 3,000 sq. ft.) house with a carpeted 2nd floor & a partially carpeted basement, from a tiny apartment with no carpets- I realized it was time to purchase a serious vacuum cleaner. Wait, no, I just wish that I would’ve realized that right away, but instead I purchased a lightweight cordless stick Shark vacuum and figured out pretty quickly that while it was suitable enough for small messes on our hardwood floors it wasn’t going to cut it for getting the carpets clean in a giant haunted house that contained two Pomeranians and two cats, not to mention two long-haired humans. The brush roll on the stick vacuum was completely clogged with fur and stopped working after approximately two minutes of use. So I did some research and while I was skeptical about purchasing another Shark product at first- I read review after review saying that the self-cleaning brush roll was a miracle feature for pet owners. I caved and ordered this DuoClean Pro and I’m so glad I did. This thing is a beast and it cleans up after my beasts with ease. I can’t believe how much dust and dirt and fur it picks up. I’ve been using this thing for about eight months now and no matter how clogged the brush roll gets with dog fur and hair and anything else it picks up- it keeps spinning & working perfectly. I haven’t had to bust out a pair of scissors or a knife to start hacking away at clogged dog fur even once. I have absolutely no clue how it works, but it does, and that’s good enough for me. The very bright LED light is so helpful for cleaning underneath cabinets & tables. It’s easy to use and simple to empty. It’s a little cumbersome and because of that maneuvering it is a bit difficult to master at first, but I think that’s really only because I was used to using a comparatively tiny stick vacuum prior to purchasing the DuoClean Pro. I would absolutely recommend this model to any pet owner or anyone at all in the market for a great vacuum cleaner- I don’t think there’s any way you’ll be disappointed.

> 3 dayIt does the job but is very heavy and difficult to maneuver. You really cannot get under tables, beds ect. The accessories that come with it are just okay. I was looking for a vacuum that I could use to vacuum carpeted stairs. I figured since you could detach the base, this would be helpful, but the accessories that it comes with are not very good.

> 3 dayI had big expectations for the price. I’m really happy with it. I love the filtration, as my son has severe asthma. I can’t believe how much I am getting up when I get this bad boy out!

> 3 dayheavier than most vacuums used in the past. had to clean the roller as pet and human hair caused it to stop suctioning instructions on how to put attachments on vacuum were not clear. did not keep hair from collecting on roller. pretty heavy vacuum It does clean pretty good though, if you keep the roller from getting to much wrapped around it

> 3 dayI have large dogs and this vacuum works great for dog hair. I love that the suction is strong, yet not damaging to your rugs and carpets. The swivel head is great and easy to use. The vacuum has under furniture capabilities and a long cord. It’s not real noisy either. The only thing I have negative about this vacuum is it has some weight if I need to carry it. Would buy again
