> 24 hourBought this for additional storage to be used solely for PC gaming on my Lenovo computer. Its last gen (gen 3) but when I bought it gen 4 stuff was pretty hard to come by and far more expensive. For the money it has been totally worth it. I have played Skyrim...with mods...and recently Halo Infinite and load times are quick. I decided against a heatsink after watching a few videos where they tested and felt that it wasnt really necessary, I believe because last gen tech doesnt run as hot. Plus, my Lenovo has lots of mesh, 2 intakes fans, and 2 exhaust fans and is located in an open air space. Ive never had any freezes due to overheating so it appears to be fine.

> 24 hourI replaced an existing small Optane drive in a laptop with small battery with this drive, and Im very happy so far. Works great. This is one of the best low power drives around, and since my laptop has a small battery this was an important factor. Temps are also great, only increased by 5-10C while cloning a partition from the old drive. Its been working flawlessly for the past couple of weeks, so I cant speek of longevity. So far, no bad sectors or problems that I encountered. The only draw back is that at the time of writing this 1TB is the largest size they offer.

> 24 hourIts sent pretty fast and precise. This Gum-stick contains powerful performance with low battery consumption. (I use this one for LG gram & It gives longer time when using battery mode.) I hope it can be bought in Korea too. Unless I live in S.Korea. It is unable to buy it directly. I dont know the policy of Hynix. but If they sell it in Korea, It will smash all other competitors.

> 24 hourI’ve yet to install this SSD, and may update my review as and when it’s up and running. For what it’s worth I’m sure it works perfectly fine, but this review is purely based on the notice written on the seal of the packaging, which begins:

> 24 hourThis looks like a great drive. What they dont tell you, though, is that you have to plug it into a PCIe 4.0x4 slot to achieve the high speeds. I accidentally plugged this drive into the PCIe 3.0x4 slot on my motherboard instead of the PCIe 4.0x4 slot. You can see the CrystalDiskMark 7 speeds in the image. These speeds are far too slow for what the drive is advertised to do. The slower rated m.2 SSD in my PCIe 4.0x4 slot is 1GB/s faster in the read. To be honest, Im not sure why the read is so slow on the drive I have installed in the PCIe 3.0x4 slot. As you can see, its slower than the write speed by just under 1GB/s. So, I might have a defective drive. The point is that if you have a PCIe 3.0x4 slot only, dont be looking to get the advertised speeds.

> 24 hourAs an upgrade for my oldish thinkpad, it worked wonderfully. No more worrying about running out of space, at least for a while...
