> 24 hourThey work with a different app than all my other devices, I wish it were ewelink or kasa compatible, but they work good and Ive had no issues. Works great with Google home ***follow up 3/20/2022*** These plugs are still working fine, if you are a basic user they will work for you. I use IFTT for more advanced automation such as inching switches as multi-action situations like having my motion activated flood light camera turn on my blink camera recordings, sound an audible alarm, turn on different lights around the house and send us texts. The cloud intelligence app will not work in IFTTT. I was able to swap these with some other basic plugs that I dont use with IFTTT so it was not the end of the world for me. Be aware - Does not work with IFTTT

> 24 hourI was a little skeptical at first when I ordered these because I was not familiar with the brand. The size of these smart plugs is very convenient. The quality is very good. I rated the installation a 3 instead of a 5 and overall product a 4 out of 5 only because even though I have English selected for the app a few selections / options still show up in a different language I can’t read and have to use a translator app to read (e.g. scene actions selection). Overall I am happy with these. I wish they worked with Apple’s Siri too but these are working great with my Echo dots and the Alexa app (iOS). The Cloud Intelligence app even works remotely via cellular internet while away from home and not just on my home Wifi, so this is great to turn lights on when I am on my way home or to check if I forgot to turn my lights off after I leave.

> 24 hourThe manual said to install an app, and the box said another. You need to follow the manual. After that pretty easy to integrate with Alexa

> 24 hourUsed these plugs on and off for quite a while. One day one plug got unplugged and I went to set it up again, but the app said my password was incorrect, it wasnt (I had the password copied down elsewhere). I clicked the forgot password option and was brought to a screen with only one field labeled new password. I filled in a new password and clicked accept and was met with an error that the email field was empty. There is no email field. I had to set up a new account and reinstall all the plugs to use them again. Preeetty annoying. Seen other similar complaints, so just be aware that the thing could potentially unsync your account and it wont be accessible. Other than that, it does what its supposed to do.

> 24 hour2022 Dec update: Just wanted to add that it still works with Alexa. I saw a lot of 1star reviews stating it does not. Once you added your plugs to the smart app, you need to link your app with alexa and it works without problems. Very good bundle price! Easy setup with Alexa! Phone app is also great, I love the timer function! Only downside is that because it is circular and not rectangular, it limits your double sockets. You can still use the second but only with smaller, simple plugs. If your second plug is bigger, there’s not enough room to use it on the same socket.
