> 3 dayI ordered this product because the images showed the product safety Listing Marks of Underwriters Laboratories and ETL. That should have been my first clue. Nobody gets both. When the product arrived, it had no such markings. The description says its safe to use and it may be, but without those markings, if it is found to be the cause of the fire that burned your house down, your insurance will not pay because it didnt meet the user requirements of the National Electrical Code which says that appliances must be certified or Listed with a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (UL and ETL are both NRTLs). One reason why Chinese-made products are often so inexpensive is that they neglect to get those certifications. They are not required to, but you, as a user, are required to have them, so you have to buy products that do have them. Granted, they probably wont burn your house down - but what if they do? I used to get those certifications for the products my employer manufactured, so Im not entirely in the dark on this matter. Its a very time-consuming, costly, and rigorous process that no manufacturer likes to spend money on, but responsible ones do it anyway. Im returning them and looking for better ones.

> 3 dayI use and rely on these to turn on and off my bearded dragons heat lamp/uvb lights. They have malfunctioned more than once. It literally is set to go on and off at the same time. Every day. And my bearded dragon went without heat for I’m not sure how long the other day. Yesterday they didn’t turn on at all, and tonight they failed to shut off on time. Idk if there’s a way to fix it but this to me is not reliable at all!

> 3 dayI tried several times to install these but could not get them to work. I only rated 1 star because there was nothing lower. I was busy so I never sent them back but they were a waste of money!

> 3 dayI have only been using these for a couple of weeks but so far Im very pleased. They fit the outlet nicely and allow me to use not only the two smart plugs but they dont overlap and thereby disable the other outlet on the same plug. So far they are very reliable and havent dropped the signal once. They respond quickly to either voice command (using with Alexa via Echo Dot) or using the apps (either Alexa or the native app). They were easily connected to my wifi set up, just remember you will probably have to disable your 5g temporarily to connect to 2.4 as almost all these type products run off 2.4. It was fast and simple to get connected and the reliability has been the best of my smart plugs and bulbs so far.

> 3 dayIf you plan on connecting to Alexa, dont create your Gosund account using Google (or Facebook) log in. I wasnt able to sign in to the Gosund account during the process of linking Gosund and Alexa. I almost returned the plugs out of frustration. It doesnt give you information that this may be a problem nor does it give you the option to login via Google or Facebook during the linking process. I had to disconnect the smartplug, log out of the Gosund app and create a new Gosund account with a different email and password. It linked very easily then.
