> 3 dayI ordered this product because the images showed the product safety Listing Marks of Underwriters Laboratories and ETL. That should have been my first clue. Nobody gets both. When the product arrived, it had no such markings. The description says its safe to use and it may be, but without those markings, if it is found to be the cause of the fire that burned your house down, your insurance will not pay because it didnt meet the user requirements of the National Electrical Code which says that appliances must be certified or Listed with a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (UL and ETL are both NRTLs). One reason why Chinese-made products are often so inexpensive is that they neglect to get those certifications. They are not required to, but you, as a user, are required to have them, so you have to buy products that do have them. Granted, they probably wont burn your house down - but what if they do? I used to get those certifications for the products my employer manufactured, so Im not entirely in the dark on this matter. Its a very time-consuming, costly, and rigorous process that no manufacturer likes to spend money on, but responsible ones do it anyway. Im returning them and looking for better ones.

> 3 dayThis device did not incorporate the voice command with my Google Mini and the applications on my phone. I know how this technology works, its not rocket science. I downloaded the device app, linked it to the Google Assistant and Home apps, I even saw the names I assigned to the plugs from the parent app. The darn thing just wouldnt accept the voice command sent to the Mini device. The Amazon customer service person was nice, but wanted me to go through half a dozen steps to troubleshoot the problem. I chose to send it back and try something different.

> 3 dayIts very easy to connect and sync, and the design and size are great, better for arranging the plugs and saving space for other outlets.

> 3 dayTo use this device you must download the Gosund app and connect the Gosund app to your Amazon account to be able to use the voice command feature of Alexa. I have been able to connect the plug to the app on my phone as well as to Alexa. I still have to manually turn on the devices because the app and voice commands do not turn on the devices. The app and Alexa can turn off the devices, but will not turn them back on.

> 3 dayI got 4 of them. I have had great experience with cheapest of smartplugs so I was overconfident. These are the worst. Only after a day of setting them up they may not be found by any app and you get “server not responsive”, reset and it is again found for 5 hours. Smart devices are worthless if one can’t rely on them. This was my worst purchase ever.

Greater than one weekTo set these up you have to use an app that has ads pushing more of their product in a pop-up every time you open it, product feels very cheap and leaves me concerned about fire hazard, and most of these reviews are very blatantly bots/spam.
