Its very easy to connect and sync, and the design and size are great, better for arranging the plugs and saving space for other outlets.

To set these up you have to use an app that has ads pushing more of their product in a pop-up every time you open it, product feels very cheap and leaves me concerned about fire hazard, and most of these reviews are very blatantly bots/spam.

I used the smartplug to to connect my laptop to my audio speaker and it works perfect. I love ❤ music.

Got this to try and control the outlet in a bathroom with a schedule to save electricity. The app is unbelievably clunky and fussy. It took me 8 tries to connect the outlets to it. After that it took forever and a day to get a schedule set up. After that, it ran for one day then half the outlets went offline. Troubleshooting was totally useless so after all this silly hassle, I’m returning them. Try something else.

Plugged unit right into electrical outlet and opened my Smart Life App and the app recognized switch and ask if I wanted to install. Installed unit in less than one minute.

This device did not incorporate the voice command with my Google Mini and the applications on my phone. I know how this technology works, its not rocket science. I downloaded the device app, linked it to the Google Assistant and Home apps, I even saw the names I assigned to the plugs from the parent app. The darn thing just wouldnt accept the voice command sent to the Mini device. The Amazon customer service person was nice, but wanted me to go through half a dozen steps to troubleshoot the problem. I chose to send it back and try something different.

Waste of time and money. Buy a different brand, this one is awful.
