At least once a month the units report Device Unavailable and needs to be unplugged and replugged to get back on line

I tried several times to install these but could not get them to work. I only rated 1 star because there was nothing lower. I was busy so I never sent them back but they were a waste of money!

These were a purchase to use with under cabinet lighting. I have a similar device in my Florida home, made by a different manufacturer, that was much more difficult to set up. This was a snap! It is installed in the cabinet above the microwave and all I have to do is tell Alexa to turn on “kitchen lights”.

Easy to set up, and I like that they are controlled individually or together. Even after an interruption in the internet for several hours, they went right on like nothing happened. Work perfectly with my echo dot.

Worked as expected. Nice to have it as a plug extender too. Ive got a light and fan setup on one plug now, super easy to get configured (once you download their app and enable it in Alexa.)

This pretty much does exactly what is says. I just took it out the box and followed the directions and that was it! Works great with Alexa

Was excited to get this to use with my echo dot n no matter how much I tried just cant get it to.

Can turn lights on and off when not home, so easy to use with the Gosund app

Needs to be able to pair with local networks easier.
