> 24 hourFunnily enough I downgraded from a Bose Soundlink Mini that I had for about 6 years give or take, and didnt have the cash to splurge on a more premium set of speakers. I didnt know what to expect, but for the price youd be hard pressed to find a better value for your money. The sound is stellar for spoken voice, so its perfect for watching television. It is a bit lacking in the bass department, I listen to progressive rock/alternative rock/heavy metal and I was slightly downtrodden but for $40 I mean Ill take it. I do intend to get a better quality set of speakers when I have the $$ but these should serve perfectly as a secondary set of speakers. Also I take them in the shower everyday, no problems there. Just make sure the charging port is sealed, not sure if its necessary but it seems prudent. I have faced the occasional connectivity issue, but honestly Im not sure if its the speakers or my device so I wouldnt stress it. A true 9/10 purchase. Edit: One other nitpick: the entire control slab is black so its really hard to see the controls unless you bring the speaker right up to your face

> 24 hourI had an Anker Soundcore 2 for years and years, and its battery is still multiple days long. This Flare Mini is terrible in the sense that Im charging it twice a week, so lets say 4-8 hours of music playing (no flashing lights). When its positioned correctly, music sounds nice. However, if Im trying to listen to podcasts or audiobooks, it sounds garbled. I think the roundness is problematic for those particular tones, but Im not an audiophile and have no idea... Honestly, I like the bass and volume for music, but the battery life is a no-go. Will be buying something else soon.

> 24 hourI like this speaking and use it for my workouts however, its not as loud as I was hoping, BUT I really like it turned up when Im working out. For some reason its dying on me a lot however, it could be related to a charging issue, maybe the charger is the problem. Im still trying to figure it out. Ive had the speaker for a while.

> 24 hourId stay with ankors rectangular box for 20$. This is more than twice the price, even without the light action being used, the battery doesnt last long., as the rectangular box does. When working for the few hours, sound is not bad. ****** Soundcore sent a new one out, this one seems to have better battery. I dont much use light show to extend battery life. First one may have been defective as it only seemed have a short battery life and only lasted as long as it was continually on charger.

> 24 hourI purchased this little workhorse to use with my musical theater classes. My students rehearse in different locations, and the Mini Soundcore is portable and produces the sound quality I need. The circular speaker means I hear the same volume level and quality as my actors who may be on the opposite end of the room or up on the stage or out in the open. No, it is not a Bose, but for the price I think it delivers more value than what you are spending. Very happy purchase.

> 24 hourI had a larger Flare before this but needed something smaller to carry to the sports bar and use with the Tunity app to hear my college games. Im rather impressed with the sound this puts out for being smaller and batter life seems reasonable - altho I wish the Soundcore app would work with this like the other Flares to know how much battery is left. And the buttons have minimal markings with no backlighting so its especially hard to make out in low lighting which are for volume. What is also kind of annoying is that the Bluetooth button tends to go to stereo mode (white light) mode first and you have to realize to press it again to get a blinking blue light indicating pairing mode.

> 24 hourI bought two of these as a Fathers Day gift to replace the old non-functioning hard-wired speakers around my parents pool. The audio is great, they are easy to sync up, and the coverage allows one to be on either end of the pool with great sound. I may end up picking up one or two more for added audio. Looking forward to packing one to the beach for family vacations.
