> 3 dayI use this speaker at work. I listen to music while Im stocking and cleaning amazing sound clairity decent bass could be better. Loud little speaker bring the party with you it lights up for a light show while you listen only downside is that the light drains the battery

> 3 daySound is great and powerful. Only the complain is hard to see all the feature button ( power, volume so on) I have to pick up speaker close to the light every time when I need to push volume or power button, it’s quite annoying

> 3 dayOverall, I think this is a great speaker for the price point. I havent tested it in water yet, but I would feel comfortable taking it kayaking or tubing down the river. The cloth overlay is nice feeling and makes it feel expensive. I also do like the LED function on the bottom of it (if you dont, it can be turned off). Easy to use and connect to, and it connects much farther than anticipated. Our house is old, with thick walls that can sometimes interfere with bluetooth but so far I can be 2 floors down and its still playing crystal clear. And the SOUND. The bass on this is incredible compared to the Amazon speaker I had before. Its so rich and beautiful really. The only thing I dont like is that theres not a next, previous, or pause/play button on the actual speaker. Sometimes I take my speaker with me but not my phone and this non-function can be a pain.

> 3 dayGood sound quality, crisp highs and mids and decent bass for the size. Very portable, and waterproofing is a plus, I actually use it as a shower speaker and it rocks the bathroom! I have it permanently connected to an Echo device and can last for up to 2 days on a single charge using it only for music during showers. I’ve gotten aproximately 6 hours of continuous play in almost max volume. I think this is a solid competitor in the <50$ range. Recommended!

> 3 dayHad another model but it was stolen. This one is ok. Not as much bass or loudness. Use it when cooking or just laying around.

> 3 dayIve had this for about a couple weeks now and I gotta say, this little thing has surprised me in almost every way. First, the sound it produces is absolutely incredible for the size of this thing! The bass is good and the overall sound quality is almost on par with my logitech 2.1 speakers on my PC. Battery life is also good. I havent done any extensive testing but since Ive been using it 1 hour each night, it lasted for more than a week. Shutting off the RGB lights could extend the battery. I have some minor issues. I wish there was a brightness adjustment on the lights. A battery percentage indicator would be nice as well. The micro USB is very dated and needs to go away. Other than that, I highly recommend this. Ill update this review as time goes on and notice something new.

> 3 dayJune 15th 2021 - Anker reached out to me and impressed me once again. They brought up that Im a long time/frequent Anker buyer (yes, I buy only Anker Cords for our phones here because they last longer than others) - They already had a SoundFlare 2 on its way to me Gratis. The SoundFlare 2 is a beast, and is exactly what we need by our poolside. The kids and the adults now argue over it, so Im hoping to get another one very soon. 5 stars for customer service for Anker Think Sweet Caroline or Smells Like Teen Spirit blew the new speaker in first ten minutes. I’d blame the John Denver song but the wife really likes the song so I’m not going to blame Annie’s Song. Yes we were playing it loud but do you sing Sweet Caroline low? If you do, we’ll you can’t come to our house for a pool party and your parent’s did you wrong growing up. Anyway, the speaker is blown. Now I have to try another brand

> 3 dayI should start by saying that I also have a UE Wonderboom, which has a good sound; no complaints with it really. That being said, the Anker Soundcore Flare Mini produces a much more natural sound, but can keep up in the bass department as well. The Wonderboom is 17 watts, while the Soundcore Flare Mini is rated at 10 watts. I havent experienced any difference in power and volume though. This is a truly fantastic sounding speaker. I have paired it with my Nvidia Shield TV, and can report no audio sync issues. The speaker is also equipped with an entertaining light show. There are various modes, and it can be easily disabled if desired. The fabric covering gives the Soundcore Flare Mini a premium feel, with soft-touch buttons in top of the device for standard controls. The bottom is rubberized, so it doesnt shake itself off of a table while playing loudly. Honestly, I have no reason to buy a 2nd one of these, but likely will. I like it that much. You will too!
